Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Once you walk into your beachfront escape, you'll fall in love with the spacious floor plan directly overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. To the right is the bunk room featuring bunk beds, a closet, its own bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, which features an upgraded queen sleeper sofa and a 65-inch HDTV. Head out the doors to the private balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The gulf-front main bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch HDTV, a private bathroom, and its own access to the balcony. HDTV service and free WiFi are provided. You need only head two floors down to reach the white sand beach. A private locked room just outside the front door offers storage for all your beach gear and toys, and reservations between March and October come with complimentary beach service (dual padded lounge chairs and an umbrella). You'll have direct access to the amenities offered by the Tidewater Beach Resort, which include crystal-clear swimming pools (two outdoor and one heated indoor), hot tubs and a sauna for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay in shape, and a BBQ area equipped with charcoal grills! There is an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll also be located within a mile of Gulf World and within walking distance (0.6 miles) of Pier Park for eclectic shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Local dining favorites include Pompano Joe's, Buddy's Seafood Market, and The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: Doorbell Camera Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our condo was clean. Decor was cute. Plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc. if you want to fix something to eat. Water pressure for showers was great and plenty of hot water. We ate dinner twice at Waves, the resort restaurant. The food was good. Quiet hours were enforced and that was very appreciated. The room had lots of sleeping space, a nice size washer and dryer and a large balcony with the perfect view. Overall, some of the accommodations provided by the hotel weren't as promising as they sounded. Both outdoor pools were freezing, comparable to an ice bath, the "free" movie was nothing kid friendly and the arcade had maybe 6 games. Oct 1, 2022 #### Please take note when booking at Tidewater with Vacasa I booked this room through VRBO- not sure how Vacasa managed it. YOU WILL NOT be able to arrive early and check in prior to 4:00 pm CST. I’ve been traveling to Panama City Beach FL for over 30 years. This is the first time that I was not able to enter the room prior to 3:00 pm. They would not even check to see if the room was ready. POLICY is no enter until 4:00 pm CST. Even though on the reservation it states if the room is ready they will notify you. YOU also do not have blankets. You will get a light weight cover with each bed. So, along with all the other stuff you bring, pack some blankets. There are no rugs throughout either. Be careful stepping on the floor beside tub with wet feet- you might slip. We had to use a hand towel as a mat. Lesson learned on my part to never use a condo that is managed by Vacasa. Also, the free beach chairs you get with the room - be ready to stand in line every morning at 8:30 am CST to get the chair. You WILL NOT get the same chair every day. If you are not down there before 8:30 am, you will be 4 rows back from the beach. The first row is all filled up at 7:00 am by people setting up personal chairs and umbrellas. I just felt like it wasn’t a vacation because it was late getting in the room, had to race to get a spot on the beach/chairs and then it was 2 days of beach and we had to check out the next day by 10:00 am. Dec 27, 2022 #### Our Happy Place! We have stayed in this unit several times. It was nice before but has been totally redecorated and refreshed and it's even better now! We love the upgrades on the furniture and appliances. My only complaint is regarding the placement of the refrigerator because it is impossible to open the door all the way. Perhaps switching the fridge and the pantry would work better.
