Welcome to Monterey C-201!

The Monterey is a small private gated community located along the shores of Seacrest beach. Gulf front and just steps away from the community pool, this unit is perfect for your home away from home while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere along 30A.

When you first enter this condo, you will notice the condos guest Queen suite immediately to your left. This queen suite is equipped with a private bathroom, and a small sitting area. As you walk out of the guest room and into the hallway of the home you will find the condos 2nd guest suite on the left. This guest suite is complete with a King Bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Directly across from this room is a set of built-in hallway twin over twin bunks. There is a set of doors over the built-in bunks for added privacy. Lastly, your last room on the left is your own spacious master King suite, with a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Also off of the master bedroom is your own private entrance to the large gulf front balcony!

At the end of the hallway you are welcomed into the open concept living/dining area where your eyes will immediately be drawn to the gorgeous gulf views that span from one end of the room to the other. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or evening night cap on the condos expansive private gulf front balcony. The views from this balcony you may never want to leave it! Back inside the condos family room, there is a small desk (with a view of course), for the members of your group that can't leave work and/or school behind for the week. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals on those nights you want to stay in. Whether you are relaxing at the beach, your private balcony, or at the community gulf front pool...you and your family are sure to have a fabulous vacation at Monterey C-201.

Monterey Condo is an exclusive gulf-front condominium on the south side of Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound in the beach community of Seacrest. The gated complex is composed of three Mediterranean-style buildings, twenty-four units, and was constructed in 1999. Each floor has two units, so each unit is a wonderful corner unit. Its neighbors are condos, Capistrano, and Tranquility. Amenities include 275 feet of pristine beachfront, a heated pool, a private walkway to the beach, and lush landscaping. Walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, Bike on the famous 30A bike trail, and watch unsurpassed sunsets.

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

family getaway

This year mom turns 80. She wanted to visit the beach so we took her to 30A. The condo was spacious enough, had a beautiful ocean side view and was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in Seacrest!

Have stayed all over 30a over the years, this has been our favorite trip. Quiet beach, warm pool for the off season, no issues with parking or fighting for a spot at the beach. Not very walkable to anything but the bike trail is right outside the parking lot and only a couple miles to Alys and Rosemary. Kitchen stocked great for cooking but be sure to bring things for coffee, seasonings, etc. Fridge was a great size (water filter needs to be changed), internet worked great, TVs fine but master bedroom tv was old and spotty. Was a little loud one night above us but kids slept through it. Great view of the sunrise and sunsets on the balcony! Overall very relaxing and hope to be back!

For the money Way Too expensive. Your Covid cleaning requirements did not apply and the charges for that were outrageous I hope you keep suckering people in on this stuff but not me anymore. I can go to Spain and did and stay in a five-star hotel for less money that I paid for a week on 30 a

Great place - few issues

This location is unbeatable. Not as crowded at the beach and the property is well maintained. Pool is also a great size and mostly families when we were there. The condo had some issues ...older things just need to be replaced. Like the dryer and the tv in the Master bedroom (which never worked...the controller not functioning). We had a leaking faucet for most of our stay in the kitchen, which they did come to repair near the end of our week. Overall - it is a wonderful location and condo. Communication with the host company was good, but the maintenance was slow. Perhaps they have several condos in the area...but with sleeping kids, we wanted to know when they would be coming to fix the several things that needed attention. We hope to return in the future.

Good except for a couple major issues

The condo was spacious and well-stocked. I was impressed with the amount of lighting-both ceiling lights and lamps. There were multiple occasional tables and even a desk area. Bed was comfy. Master shower was tiny. Good closet space. Several maintenance issues were disappointing. The first night we were there, the thermostat did not work. By the next morning it was 62 degrees in the condo. Later in the week, I put a load of wash in and the washer would not spin or drain. After that was fixed, the dryer took forever to dry. The thermostat and washer were dealt with by maintenance in a timely manner, but we don't feel those were issues a renter should ever have had to deal with at all. Doesn't anyone check these things?

Great location and condo!

Great time at Monterey! Condo and amenities were exactly as described. All the essentials were in the kitchen which was great, plenty of dishware as well. Place was clean and neat and amazing views of the ocean! Probably has the most comfortable beds at a Vrbo as well!! Short walk to the beach, elevator from the ground floor really helped at check in/out, and the heated pool was a nice perk on some of the colder days! Would stay here again!

Great stay on 30A

We had a great stay at Monterey! The condo is just as pictured-spacious for our family of 4, clean, and my 11 year old particularly loved the built in bunk room. The view was just as beautiful as the pictures and since the condo complex is not large, it’s private beach was less crowded than other locations, which we really enjoyed. Very convenient to all the shops and restaurants along 30A. We received all our check in instructions (from gate code & door code to the phone number for beach chair rentals)in plenty of time before our arrival so check in was a breeze! I also very much appreciated the list of things to bring in the check in instructions...nothing out of the ordinary, but appreciate not having to guess what is/isn’t included with the condo as we prepared for our trip. Definitely recommend!
