The building is a little older but you wouldn't know it from inside of the unit. I did go during the off season so basically I had PCB to myself. I have stayed at several condos but Regency Towers is by far my favorite. It is not the most upscale condo but it is always clean, has friendly staff to help you, clean pool area, a tiki bar at the pool and the easiest beach access. Not to mention, there are not huge condos on either side of Regency Towers, making the beach more accessible for a good spot. This specific unit was so nice and clean.
