Free Beach Service! Free seasonal beach chairs include two chaise loungers with umbrella from March 1st to October 31st. This condo includes amazing, low, 8th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath with glass door entry walk-in shower. The large guest room includes king bed and private access to the second bathroom also with walk-in shower. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area includes table and chairs for four. A laundry room with washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean. Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 2 miles, including grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach. Ideal parking has a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators or just three flights of stairs away from your condo. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space. Family friendly AND great get-away spot for adults. All renters must be over 25 and understand this is a quiet zone between 10PM and 8AM. Never more than 6 people in unit. This is NOT a good place to party - on purpose. Property Manager and Security on site. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. My only concern is with the elevators, people were waiting half hour just for an elevator. While we were there there was only 2 running. But, from what I heard they had been closed 3 weeks from this period. This is not that big of a deal, but would be helpful to have 3 running for 23 levels. The last thing is the overflow parking. It is very inconvenient, and there are not a lot of spaces. Since the 2 bedroom condos only come with 1 guarantee parking space. But overall nice place! ##### Donna L. Great bedrooms and showers. Living room was big enough for my family of six and the balcony was absolutley amazing. Putt-putt, an arcade, and many other activities and restraunts were within walking distance. Reviewer Comments: This unit is beautiful and brand new! It was a wonderful condo to stay in and perfect for us. Love the setup of the 2 bed, 2 bath. The updated showers were wonderful. And of course the balcony was our favorite part! Greatly appreciate all of the furniture on the balcony, perfect for lounging and reading as well as dining! Only issues were with parking. There was virtually none for a second vehicle and when a spot was finally found in overflow parking, there was still a long walk back to the condo.Also, the master bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival. Several issues with the elevators not working, which was an inconvenience. The beach service was the worst experience we have ever had. The condo was exactly as described on the website, pictures and all. We felt so welcoming and very comfortable. The location is great and close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. I Would definitely recommend Greta's Beach Rentals! Jennifer and Riley are awesome! They took care of everything and and made it way less stressful for myself.
