Regency Towers offers a host of amenities: two very large and beautiful pools, one of which is seasonally heated, volleyball, hot tub, poolside cafe, billiards room and exercise center. As you enter this beautiful and very appealing condo you will find yourself right at home in a well decorated living room with a comfortable leather sectional, which also includes a large TV with multiple streaming apps as well as premium cable channels, so you can watch your favorite movies. Additionally, the dining area has a very large dining table that comfortably seats 8, and if you need a little extra space the breakfast bar seats 4\. Just off the living you'll find the balcony with an unobstructed view. You'll love the recently remodeled kitchen, which is fully appointed and stocked with all major and minor appliances as well as a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Owner was super responsive when the TV remotes weren't working (just needed batteries). The pool areas were really nice and we got food from Bikini Bob's a couple of times, the prices were super reasonable and the food was good. One of the elevators broke down a couple of times while we were there, but both times they had it working again quickly. Beach was beautiful with a family vibe. My husband and I took both of our parents and two children and stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us!! The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and had all of the supplies we needed to cook for the week. The owner spoke with us multiple times before we arrived to ensure it was perfect for our stay. We would stay here again. They were nice and responded to every email quickly. They arranged everything for check-in. The condo was spacious, very nice and clean. The three bedrooms were all large and very beautiful. The balcony was facing the Gulf and a gorgeous view. Everything was perfect. We will go back next year. ##### Kay P.
