Looking for a home that will accommodate large or multiple families? La Vida del Sol is it!!! Our beach house features two covered porches appointed with relaxing wicker rockers and chairs, a huge deck overlooking the private pool and terrace level lanai (covered) adjacent to the pool. As you enter the driveway, you experience the tranquil view of the private pool area featuring comfortable lawn chairs, a dining table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower; all enclosed for privacy by a white picket fence. Entering on the Terrace Level, the cozy media room opens directly onto the covered lanai for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying family and friends. There is a queen bedroom and full bath off the media room. The sofa in the media room also serves as a queen size bed, when needed. The double garage is filled with beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys/floats, and bicycles, plus an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer for your convenience. The Main Level invites you into a wonderful open and spacious Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with Florida views and access to the secluded front covered porch – great for morning coffee. There is a full bath and two bedrooms (queen and double bunk) as well, with access to the large deck overlooking the pool. The Upper Level Master bedroom suite (queen and full bath) accesses a small balcony with a view of the pool. La Vida del Sol is spacious both inside and out and has four TV’s throughout the home • Media Room with a 55" Smart HD LED TV, Blueray home theater -CD, DVD, mp3 • 27” Flat screen TV in upper level Master Bedroom • 27” flat screen TV w/DVD player in Children’s room • Main floor 27” flat screen w/DVD player Wireless internet and cable are provided for your entertainment. We are located on a quiet residential street just off Hwy 30A at Seacrest Beach in White's Gulfview Estates, which is a “stone’s throw” west of trendy Alys Beach. Only 100 steps from the house, you’ll find the private beach boardwalk used exclusively for White's Gulfview residents. La Vida del Sol is perfect for vacationing with family and friends. If you're not a beach bum, South Walton is considered a golfer's paradise. There are numerous golf courses in the area. However, if golf isn't you're thing, you can take a morning stroll along the beach or bike, walk or jog the 18-mile path that winds along Scenic 30A passing several lakes and National parks offering gorgeous views of the Gulf. Shopaholics can browse the unique shops and boutiques and foodies will be delighted by the many casual or fine dining choices in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach & Seaside. It’s literally a 2 minute walk to the private door to get to the beach. One thing to note, you have to walk down approximately 50 stairs to hit the sand. And after the beach, we came home to a private pool in the back. The garage was filled with all kinds of beach/pool gear to make our visit even better. There were bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys, boogie boards and more. All the kids loved it. If you’re looking for a wonderful escape with all the comforts of home, this place is it. A very lovely house and the location so excellent. The house was lovely. Very accurate description. This was the first time we used VRBO with a pool and it was excellent. The kids and adults loved it. While the house and pool were great, the access to a very nice, wide beach was also very beautiful. The best of both water worlds. Easy access to house. Great location to the private beach access, plenty of pool/beach toys for kids, well appointed house that was clean and comfortable. We love this home, just recently returned home from our 3rd stay...my young grandson refers to it as "Grammy's Beach House"...truly is our home away from home. Location is wonderful, great host and property manager is very responsive. Each time we return the house/furnishings have been updated in some way. Private pool is well used during our stay...and we get to bring our small dogs. A great little retreat for our growing family. Couldn't ask for more! It is in a great location, close to Publix, Shades and The Donut Hole restaurants (which we enjoy), shopping in Rosemary Beach and there is plenty of space for family. The pool area is nice as well with much needed shade. The garage had lots of pool/beach toys and chairs and a wagon to take items down to the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage and an additional refrigerator which is helpful. A couple of cons: The owner needs to clean out the cupboards as there was no place to put groceries! Also, many of the pans/skillets/cookie sheets need to be replaced. (I'm not expecting All Clad but some of the pans are really shabby). Also, like most houses in this area, this is vertical living. If that's not for you, then heads up. Finally, while the private beach access is close, it's at least 60 steps down to the beach. (The beach is nice once you get there). The property manager was very nice and responsive. ##### Carolyn W. The location is very close to the beach and easily within walking distance. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. No complaints at all! ##### Wren W. We are an extremely picky family and very hard to please and we were satisfied with our stay at this home. The pool is small but a great thing to have right outside in the backyard. The wall to the beach is short, however, the climb back up the steps is a bit steep. I will say that our only two complaints would be more linens, definitely need more bath towels, and maybe an upgrade of some of the mattresses.
