Includes free parking, janitor and security guard 24/7. The P.H. Quartier del Mar is a residential complex with a tower, made up of 34 floors or floors of which there are 8 levels of parking, 25 floors of apartments and on level 9 is the semi-covered pool, meeting area and free gym. The building has 2 independent elevators and has a 24-hour security checkpoint with two guards. Our headquarters are located in its lobby, as well as a small cafeteria at the entrance. The neighborhood is quiet, very close to Calle 50\. Nearby restaurants, various supermarkets, pharmacy, bus stops, front row views of the sea, pelican and seabird watching. Very close to Panama La Vieja to visit the ruins and Parque Omar to go for a walk and play sports outside. The view of the ocean from the living room was truly as described: Enchanting. I will definitely try to stay here again when I visit Panama.
