We fell in love with the ocean views from both patios and the private direct access to the beach. We went out multiple times a day to enjoy the beach life. The biggest reason for deciding on this property, was the close proximity to the beach. We also liked the modern/updated interior. We only ate breakfast at the house, so we did not really use the kitchen. But from what we saw in the kitchen cabinets, it should be easy to cook your own meals. My mom and stayed for a week and it was the perfect location. Quick and easy access to the beach, we went every day to walk along the beach and dip our toes in the water. The walk-in showers were a must have for us since my mom has mobility issues. The only downside was that the chairs weren't the best since they didn't have arms but everything else was wonderful. And the view from the master bedroom was a great view to wake up to! We will definitely be coming back. ##### Alyssa H. The back patio was nice and it was maybe 20 steps to the beach. It’s far enough from the high rise condos that we had plenty of space to spread out on beach. Our vacation plans were altered by a hurricane, and I did a last minute search for a plan B. This is a beautiful option if you are interested in Panama City Beach. ##### Jessica S.
