Light in master bedroom didn’t work, which was ok because there was a lamp. The fan was super noisy as well. We noted ants throughout the house on our first day. The upstairs balcony doesn’t have a lock on the door. The screen door doesn’t latch properly. We had 5people staying and was only provided with 3 regular towels. We didn’t have a spare blanket for the sofa bed, so we took one off the regular beds so we only had a sheet to use. We added a night to our stay and the code to the door changed and we was never notified so we spent an hour trying to get ahold of someone to get the new code. We also lost all water to our cottage/condo for 5-6hrs. Wifi was terrible and kept cutting in and out. No one ever told us about the “community” building or gave us a code to get in to use the elliptical or treadmill etc. The pool was wonderful, i was thankful they provided floats and etc although it would have been nice if they were inflated a little better. We had a great time at the Barefoot Cottages and will be back! My only complaints were that the guide for the TV did not match the channel listings and the beds weren’t too comfortable. We would have rated it a five had it not been for the poor quality beds. We were only there a couple of nights but any longer would have been very uncomfortable. You definitely need new beds.
