Chris’s house had everything we needed and the beach was RIGHT there! The view is absolutely incredible and the neighborhood is adorable. Gated community meant we didn’t have to worry about security issues or fighting with people for space like on a public beach. Chris was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was a breeze. My family has been to beaches all over the states and the Caribbean and Carillon might be the softest, whitest sand and clearest water we’ve ever seen. We wish we had more time to explore the private neighborhood and its multiple pools and other amenities but we found ourselves spending almost all our time on the beach. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the many beach towns along 30A. But other than a few shopping trips and dinners, we opted to enjoy the home and the beach. And if you enjoy staring at the night sky, the master bedroom's patio is just perfect. We will have fond memories of this trip! ##### Eric W.
