We give this enchanting beach front condo five stars! Newly remodeled and under new ownership, this condo offers breathtaking views of blue gulf waves from the balcony. Simple is good …. park in your reserved parking spot, walk right up to the 2nd floor and step into Capistrano #202 and begin to relax! With designer touches everywhere, the coastal vibe of this vacation respite inspires relaxation in casual beach chic style. There is no pool, but you won't miss it. The direct and private beach access is merely steps away! A few highlights- the living area is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating including two club chairs and an over sized sleeper sofa with a chaise lounge. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious beach front balcony complete with outdoor seating, a bistro table and chairs. The chef in the group will be delighted with our fully stocked kitchen featuring white quartz counters and crisp white cabinets. There is dining seating for four at the breakfast bar. The direct gulf views will be enjoyed throughout the entire living area! The comfortably furnished master bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress, and access to the master bath with a large shower and small private balcony. The guest bedroom is designed with two queen beds and has direct access to the bathroom, which can also be accessed by the hallway. You will find a full stacked washer and dryer closet in the entryway. Wifi is complimentary. There is no elevator for this complex, only stairs. \*The complex only allows one parking spot per unit. Capistrano is located just off South Walton’s Scenic 30a near Camp Creek Lake placing you minutes away from Seagrove Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. This splendid location puts you close to wonderful restaurants, lively bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and fun seasonal family friendly festivals. When you are not walking down the beach, taking a refreshing plunge in the gulf or building sandcastles there are plenty of places nearby to have fun. The beds were very comfy. The master bathroom is nice, but little counterspace due to the sink being oversized. We were in a middle unit, so we could hear the neighbors on both sides. This didn't really bother us too bad, it only happened a few times late into the night. The condo is right beside the beach walkway, so that was very convenient. A note for others is that it doesn't come with any bikes, and there is only one parking space provided, per unit. However, there is a few additional parking spots available, if you have a second car but it's on a first come basis. We generally prefer Atlantic Beach for walking, but we did enjoy the warm waters of the gulf. The peace and quiet was unfortunately interrupted about halfway through our stay by construction. We also were without Wi-Fi for half the stay due to issues with maintenance. These were addressed as quickly as circumstances would allow by very courteous service personnel ##### Fiona D. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is accurately represented in the online photos. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable, and you can't beat the view! The private balcony is wonderful for eating, drinking, and taking in the view. The mattress in the the master bedroom is comfortable. (We didn't use the other beds.) There is plenty of dresser and closet space. The kitchen is very functional and is well equipped with about anything you will need. Although, it does need a couple of cutting boards. The property is clean and well maintained. The location is ideal being close to Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. The private access beach is fantastic and limits crowding. We have an 18 month old toddler and his feet were black from the floor daily. We even went to the extent of cleaning them ourselves and it did not make a big difference. There was also a floor board loose with a sharp nail sticking out in one of the bathrooms, again.. very unsafe for anyone but especially a toddler. We were staying while Helene was approaching and were met with very rude management banging on the doors to move around porch furniture. We totally understand the need to move the furniture, however we were taken back by the strange encounter. If I were the owner of this condo I would find new management. Due to hurricane Helene, We needed to leave early and asked if we can get a refund or credit to a future stay of any kind. We were aware we needed the weather insurance, but you would think management would try to be more accommodating or helpful. Overall, the management was very disappointing. We have stayed in this area for many years and this was the first time staying at this condo and using this management. We do not plan to stay in this condo again or rent with this company again. ##### Jabin S.
