Beautiful beachfront 3BR Townhome! -- Not a Condo!!! Welcome to “Beachside Bliss”, our beautiful gulf front townhome directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach! Beachside Bliss is a NON-SMOKING unit. Beachside Bliss is a 2-story townhome. It is \*not\* a condo in a high-rise complex. You'll have a private deck that opens directly onto the beach (you literally just walk out the sliding glass door). You won't have to park in some huge concrete parking garage (you park right outside the front door), you won't have to wait endlessly for very busy elevators, and you won't have to share the beach with the thousands of other condo residents typical in a high rise community. This truly is 'bliss'! The unit has 3 large bedrooms, all well appointed with quality furniture (and high-quality mattresses) so you can sleep comfortably after an adventurous day on the gulf. The master bedroom features a king size bed and picture windows that overlook the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is kid friendly and can comfortably sleep 4 (2 queen beds and “full size” bunk beds). We also have a main level bedroom with a queen size bed adjacent to a (newly remodeled) bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms have TVs with high definition cable service. The living room is well appointed too, and boasts a roomy sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a 65' Sony HDTV (with a DVD player) for your enjoyment. We have subscribed to over 160 channels (Xfinity) including most sports networks and some premium movie channels. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight... with custom Thomasville cabinetry, granite counters, an oversized center island, and high end stainless steel appliances. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking/dining utensils. It is a challenge keeping good cookware in a vacation rental so we replace all the pots and pans every three to six months. Our dining room has a large dinner table with a three-seat bench and 3 chairs, and 4 more can dine at the oversized island. As for location, Beachside Bliss is located approximately 3/4 of a mile west of the fabulous Pier Park shopping resort! You can see the pier itself from the gulf front deck. There are some great dining spots within walking distance of our townhome. Right across the street you’ll find a Wings/Barbeque place, and of course a couple of great seafood places (check out the “Sand Bar” about a block away). There is a Winn Dixie grocery store and a CVS pharmacy across the street as well. Just to our east (in Pier Park) you’ll find a world of entertainment, dining, and shopping. The pier itself offers great views and fine fishing! We're constantly updating and improving Beachside Bliss! We installed brand new windows throughout, as well as beautiful new flooring. The bathrooms have both been updated and we have replaced almost all of the furniture. The kitchen cabinets have been newly refinished, and we installed gorgeous plantation shutters (with 4" slats) in the master bedroom and living room. The unit is bright, airy, tastefully decorated and beach-themed. We work really hard to ensure that all of our guests have an awesome experience. We contracted with a new cleaning service in September 2024\. They are a friendly and thorough service (so you’ll find our home well cleaned and ready for your vacation). It was perfect for our family of five with young kids with it being right on the beach. The sand was white, and beautiful in the waters looked like Mexico! The house was very clean, and the owner was very responsive. The location to the Winn-Dixie is great as well. I know a lot of places claim to be beachfront but this truly is smack dab on the beach. The property was beautiful, very clean, great location. It is literally steps away from the shore and is so relaxing to be able to enjoy the beautiful views and beaches without hoards of people. There were neighbors and others, but room to relax without being deserted. The amenities were excellent, updated throughout. Our only complaint was not enough dishes, glasses or pots. We enjoy wine but very limited glasses for a place so large. This is an easy remedy and would not keep us from returning. The parking is tricky if driving a large SUV. The townhome was undergoing some renovations that are modern & amazing; they did not distract from the living arrangements. The kitchen had all the modern appliances. I used the perc coffee pot but did notice a Kuerig. The are plenty of plates, pots, pans, cups, silverware, etc. Each bedroom has a tv with cable. The WiFi was on point; we had 6 devices connected (4 iPhones & 2 iPads) and had no lag or interruptions. The deck has the polywood furniture (sturdy & comfortable). I do believe the grill should be replaced/updated. The townhome sits right on the beach which was very nice. The location is awesome, everything is within a few miles. The grocery store is literally across the street as well as a few restaurants. Pier Park mall and the boardwalk is about a 7 minutes drive. Overall, this location is amazing, the owners are very responsive in a timely manner and you can tell that take pride in their listing. I highly recommend this property. ##### Dianne B. The kitchen had a great assortment of dishes, knives, silverware, pots and pants, etc. Our family really enjoyed our stay!!! One thing to be prepared for is that the kitchen will not have anything left behind by previous guests such as salt, pepper, tin foil and Saran wrap, extra trash bags, etc. Also, the cleaning service left only one dish towel, 3 oz of dish soap, 2 laundry soap pods, and one dishwasher pod. Everyone had a great stay and we all said we would book this place again in the future! The townhouse was as described and photos represent it accurately. The place was clean and well stocked, overall… though some things seemed mismatched (for instance: the 3 oven mitts were likely left behind from multiple, previous guests.. the same with some of the other kitchen items). They don’t advertise it, but there IS a Keurig as well as the drip coffee maker. We had an issue with the HVAC one day and our whole townhouse unit got above 80 degrees. I’m still not sure exactly what happened? We were aware the unit has an automatic shut-off of a/c if door is left standing open for a couple minutes; however, that didn’t occur. The owner responded quickly to my complaint and offered to have maintenance come to look at it the following day; however, the issue resolved itself before that was necessary. I do have a few minor “nitpicky” complaints… for such a large rental, the “living room” furniture is inadequate. It wasn’t enough seating for us and not very comfortable. That being said, we didn’t go there for the living room… we went for the beach which is amazing and very accessible from the rental!!! Lastly, the back decking could really use an update and a better shade system (the umbrella does not provide much shade and is not in good working condition). No need to rush out to fight the crowd, this place is amazing. The treatment we received was above and beyond and Beachside Bliss was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It had everything we needed, and this unit was towards the end, which was easily accessible and more private than some of the other internal units.
