AMAZING GULF VIEWS! Welcome to Sterling Breeze 2001! Let’s start with the bedding configuration: King, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa. That means this condo sleeps 10 comfortably. This is a beautiful condo with an upscale beach look that’s really popular.It was completely redecorated this year. But is isn’t just the views inside that makes it special. The beach and gulf views are spectacular. You’ll find yourself spending lots of time on the balcony because you’ll be captivated by the view. You’re going to love the roomy LIVING ROOM. The QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA is big and comfortable. There’s a big screen TV with cable for when you get beached out, like that will happen! Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. And of course the beach views from the living room are spectacular too. The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach. The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. The MASTER SUITE is very roomy. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. There’s plenty of closet space for all of your belongings too. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower. The SECOND MASTER has a QUEEN bed. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day. This suite also has its own bath. The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly area with 2 sets of bunks! That’s for kids with plenty of room to sleep and play. There’s a 3rd bath for the kids too. The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze. These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 10 with 3 full baths. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one elevator was working which made check in and check out times extremely busy. We waited over 45 minutes for an elevator during the 4p hour. We just avoided using the elevator during that time the rest of trip and it was better. There also was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom off the kitchen. It smelt like someone had stayed there with cats previous and they put the cat litters in that bathroom. Outside of that the stay itself was great. Beach access was convenient and included wash station before returning to building. Condo appeared as shown in pictures and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of room for party of 10\. We had no issues with elevator and rarely had to wait more than 2-3 min for them. Being on a higher floor was a bonus to the trip as we were able to see stingrays, a sea turtle, and many school of fish from the balcony. Only flaw was a brown colored storm drain/water runoff that lead into the beach area in front of our condo. It discolored the water somewhat and was mostly just an eye sore but did not effect the beach a little farther down which was short walking distance. Overall, not a huge deal. They were very nice and welcoming! The condo was decorated nicely but could have been cleaner. The stove is a little janky, probably needs to be replaced, looks very warn, but it did work. Our biggest complaint was that it states beach service was included and it was NOT! They said we could pay for it and they would reimburse us, but it would have just been easier to get it lined out in the first place so guests wouldn't have to put out more money to enjoy the things that were supposed to be included in the first place! I message back and forth with the host trying to get it, but finally realized they were just not going to make it happen and gave up! Ridiculous! A phone call should have taken care of it in my book. If they could reimburse, why not just call and pay for it themselves! Then I would have been given what I was promised with the listing and all would have been wonderful! ##### Patti A. The huge drawbacks were the wait for elevators and the building security around the pools. Parking was sufficient and the location was wonderful. ##### Joseph R. Amazing views from the condo, you could see all kind of sea life that high up. The condo was beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy. We had a wonderful stay and we would stay again!! ##### Kelsey M. There were 6 of us staying at night and during the day we had 9\. This place is bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. It was very clean, had a perfect view off the balcony, beds were comfy. The location was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again. Only thing I'd add to this condo is a grill. Over all, we highly recommend this condo!! ##### Amanda B. Broken blinds in one bedroom and no hot water in one bathroom sink but nothing that would keep us from staying there again.
