Great place, nice resort, but…

The resort itself is okay, some facilities were closed and the restaurant was about a 4/10. (Not anything the host can control) So we loved the room- lots of space, and very clean. The view from the patio is actually perfect, I thought it would be lower since we were on level 2, but it was kinda high up. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had in the room.( 2 adults, 2- 18 year olds, 2 kids) Here are the buts -The shower in the master gets hot for 2 minutes and then is freezing cold. This happened every day the entire week of our stay. The other 2 bathrooms were extra hot with no medium. -From the master bedroom, you can hear everything outside and above you. Not sure if it is the same in the other rooms but it became quite annoying. Otherwise, our stay was peaceful and easy.

Extremely comfortable, and in an ideal location. I am handicapped, and was able to easily traverse the campus to get to my vehicle, and to visit the venues that I expected to.

Spring Break 2023

Slept 8 comfortably. Condo was as described, early check-in was a huge perk and check-in process was simple. Location of the resort was really good… close to a lot of shops, restaurants, grocery and a 10-15 min walk to Pier Park. Best part about this condo is it’s on the second floor which is the same as the walkover so no elevators!! 2 flights of stairs to the beach. I would stay here again if I come back to PCB.

The view is amazing. Having the chairs and umbrella with the rental is so nice. Very clean. The only issue is that the chairs in the living room are pretty run down and could use replaced. But, we weren’t inside enough for that to matter!

Nice unit , as described great location in building

Parking passes cost me an extra $45 when I arrived and we only had option for 2 passes even though our unit slept 8. It was a struggle to find parking at all. I rented 2nd floor unit as I knew elevators would be crazy wait times and I was correct. So thankful for that, easy access to stairs from our unit! It was clean and great location but very high traffic area.

This property was very nice and was as described. You could not ask for a better location. It was easy to get in and out of and did not require us to get on the elevator if we didn't want to. If there was a negative, it would be that it is right when you come in and in route to the elevators so it could be loud at times, especially at night. But overall this was a great property.

great location. convenient. it was extremely windy during the trip so it was disappointing how crowded the indoor activities were. there was no way to even imagine fitting in the hot tub or indoor pool; pool was closed for maintenance during one of our days so enjoying the facility itself was kind of impossible but there is a lot to do nearby, the condo was clean and as listed... they cant control the weather or having a full house so I still give it 5 stars.

Spring break

Condo was clean and had a good view. Did not like all of the foot traffic and yelling at three or four in the morning. I don’t know if there is a quite time or not but if there is it’s not in forced. The indoor pool area was very dirty and 3 of the 4 hot tubs was not working so the 1 working was always packed. The walkway areas going to the rooms were very dirty and turned into a mess when it rained. The staff were nice.

Disappointing . . . will not be back

Our first impression wasn't great and continued to go down from there! The room had not been cleaned when we got in so I contacted the rental company and they had some in the room quickly so we pushed all of our luggage into a corner (6 peoples luggage + food), changed and headed out to the pool/beach. I was told by the rental company they would contact me the next day and I never heard from them. The tiki bar was rarely open the entire time we were there including right after we checked in and we just wanted a drink to relax. The staff at Tidewater was rude and their customer service was nonexistent. The people who managed the beach chair service did not open in a timely manner and were also very rude. This was our first time staying at Tidewater and it will also be our last!!

Better than described!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and roomy. Having a bunk room with its own ensuite bath really made this listing a three bed, three bath for a two bed price! This unit is so convenient to the stairs (only two flights!) down to the beach. No waiting on elevators. We did have an issue with one of the bathroom sinks being clogged, so we alerted the property management team. Someone came out the next day and took care of it. Can't ask for better service than that! Great stay.
