The unit can use a deep cleaning, the ceiling in the bathrooms looked like they have not been cleaned in years, the shower rod was rusted and the shower control valve had some mold and the shower head was not adjustable, the toilet in the master bedroom was not mounted to the floor and it moved every time we had to use it. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked every single time there was movement and made it difficult to get a good night rest. The furniture in the living room had stains and it smelled. The window had spider webs and the wall behind the vanity had run downs. The elevator closest to our unit did not always work when we needed to use. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a nice view to the beach, really enjoyed seeing the sun set. We really enjoyed staying at this condo, just wish the owners would maintain so the future renters can have a pleasant stay. ##### Tim H.
