This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family. Condo has recently been upgraded as seen in the pictures. The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Aqua 209 is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. As a bonus, Beach Service is included! Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass A little about AQUA Beautiful, well-maintained resort and common areas. You’ll find a really large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool and a hot tub. Vendors offer seasonal beach activities (for an extra charge) such as banana boat, parasailing and jet ski rentals. If cooking on vacation is not what you want to do, there are a variety of great restaurants within easy walking distance including the beachfront restaurants: Sharky's, Runaway Island and Barefoot Beach Club. Starbucks, pizza, donuts and Moe's BBQ are also located within easy walking distance. Many, many others are just a short drive away! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was a great location. I didn’t realize that an umbrella and set of chairs were included with the condo, that was an added bonus! The pool concession stand and bar was great. Offered a variety of mixed drinks which were tasty, beer, and they even made a mocktail for my 8 year old. LOL. Being on 2nd floor made the typical high rise elevator issue much less of a problem. Room right next to trash chute and stairs which was convenient. A/C worked GREAT-we didn’t even have to turn it below 74 and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- we cooked all meals except one. We fit 7 people very comfortably in the condo. The only issues were minor that could happen anywhere - one shower drain kept backing up, and we all got black feet from walking barefoot on the floors (what I call “motel feet”). We could tell they tried to clean them but perhaps need a deeper cleaning. Overall top notch and would 100% stay again! ##### Esther R. That was a real plus. The furniture was nice, with no stains or unusual worn look about it. The bathrooms were well equipped with towels. However, bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap along with laundry detergent. The TV was a sore spot for me. The internet kept causing tiling and there was a lot of it. I called but to no avail of a solution. Overall, I was pleased with my visit. The condo was in pretty good shape with the need of some cosmetic work here and there. I would definitely consider staying there again. It was very pricey and had NO refunds. This condo was operated by "Best Beach Get-a-ways", NOT Aqua. The master bedroom was always warm and the rest of the place was cool, so we always kept the shades shut in the bedroom. We had a few issues of things not working properly and the owners were very quick to have someone out there to fix it. The pools and hot tub were nice and the beach was very relaxing. We only had one encounter with a staff member from the resort and she was very rude and swore at my husband and kids. But we would definitely stay here again. Door locks to master bedroom and bathroom don’t work. No hangars in any of the closets; had to buy some. Ice maker is broken. Paint is chipping on patio area and rug needs replacing. No outlet cover on one in master bedroom. Many of the facility’s elevators were being repaired, and according to some of the other patrons, this has been an ongoing issue since the Spring. Only thing maid service didn't check sofas,, and while sitting on them found smashed beer can and juice pack. Couldn't get ice maker to work. And check out was at 10, and we had maid at door at 9:38, knocking at door wanting in to clean. Aqua Condos , are a very nice place , pools & facilities were great . But the condo 209 that I paid a very high price for was unless than satisfactory . This is 5 properties I have rented from VRBO , and the worse yet . The hall bathroom had not been cleaned , hair in the bathtub. Under the couch was a dirty spoonwith food on it . None of the 3 bedrooms had bed spreads on them just sheets & a light blanket . Each bathroom had 1 roll of T.P. This was for 6 people for 6 days . The kitchen had utensils but no supplies , not even coffee filters or salt & pepper . I was notified after checking in that some would be coming to hang curtains ( over the broken window floor to ceiling in the living room ) after 6 days no one ever showed .
