This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in 2 king beds, one queen bed, a set of bunk beds for the youngsters and a queen sleeper sofa. Sail Away's topical décor with a nautical flair will put you in the mood to relax. This fabulous sixth floor unit has two large gulf front main suites and a large third bedroom. With 1441 square feet of living space and a spacious 248 square foot gulf front balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. This is one of the best floor plans on the beach. Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The WaterCrest building has been completely renovated with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Park in your own private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The Crew's Quarters third bedroom has a coastal cottage feel with a queen sized poster bed and bunk bed set for the kids. You'll love the whimsical decor and all the extra sleeping space. The views where amazing however the whole unit was dirty. Sand all over the floors, kitchen not clean went to get a mixing bowl and it had left over dried pancake batter all in it. There isn’t much right there at ins it but everything is within 20 minutes that we were interested in. We like being on the outskirts instead of in the middle of everything. We had myself, my husband, a 19, 18, 13 and 1 year old staying. There was more than enough room for all of us to function easily. There were plenty of supplies for us during our 4 day stay. There where a few things that need to be worked on in the unit but it did not affect our stay! I feel that these should be known on here ahead of time as there are some people a lot more picky than us about this stuff. The mirror wall is taped up where it looks like it may have broken, but it’s up high so it was not a concern for our 1 year old. The sliding screen door is off the track on the balcony (we reported this the first day, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay) again not a big deal as it stayed propped up behind the table and chairs on the balcony. We arrived around 3:45 a.m. - one of the toilet seats was not clean, but I cleaned it myself since it was so early and I needed to use it. I have no doubts they would have taken care of it later if it was reported. The door looks like it may have been kicked in at some point based on the framework missing a section that looks like the deadbolt had broke through it. The tub faucet near the bunk bed room dripped constantly. Again, none of this bothered us or affected our vacation fun in any way! We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! ##### Angel M. Definitely need to do some upgrades. Managements response to issues was addressed almost immediately. We left early because of the concern with the COVID-19\. We are all elderly plus my husband has COPD. Management did not offer any refund. So glad we left when we did because Florida got a lot worse after we left. We had issues with a water main being fixed and we were told to boil water. Management never offer to give residents bottled water.
