The condominium has cable TV and Internet, a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided. The owners have hired their own private cleaners to clean this condo, and ensure that the cleaners have plenty of time to clean the condo properly between each sets of guests. For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc. I picked this place simply because it had a bigger couch and it had a pantry to store all our food. We’ve stayed at various units in Splash before, but non of them had enough seating to accommodate the number of people allowed to stay. The beds were all comfortable. The place does have a snappy chic look to it if that’s your thing. All the pots and pans were nice, solid cookware, not the pans you get from the dollar tree! It makes cooking so much nicer. We were there for 7 days, so we cooked at the condo many nights. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t all that strong, I think it’s a condo association thing, but something to note. The shower heads in all three bathrooms were really nice though. The bunk bed room only accommodates 6\. It is a full over full bunk with another twin over twin bunk. I think the listing said it slept 8, but there’s no way. The beds in the bunk room were comfortable, no complaints from the kids. Roberta was easy to work with. My only recommendation, considering this condo is furnished for children to stay, would be to make the decor a little more childproof.
