This condo is located within a beachfront resort which includes 2 swimming pools, 1 heated seasonally, hot tub, tiki bar on site, work out room, game room, balcony overlooking pools, tennis courts. A quiet resort with 24 hour security, so sit back and relax. The living room is furnished with comfy sofa and chairs and flat panel TV. Each bedroom also has it's own flat panel TV. The sofa becomes a queen size bed when it's time to turn in. Master has king bed and includes private access to the balcony overlooking the beach and the pools, 2nd bedroom has a king bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The dining room seats 8 easily and the kitchen is fully furnished with full size appliances, ready for your use if you want to eat in. it's just a snack or a full meal. 1144 square feet allows room to stretch out and enjoy. Both bathrooms are being newly remodeled between guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer next to bathrooms for your use. Not only luxury towels provided but luxury sheets as well. Each bathroom has a hair dryer mounted to wall. One less thing to pack for vacation. After a visit here, you will be totally refreshed and anticipating another visit. Family friendly property, lovely room. Only two minor drawbacks- needs new pillows in master and the west end (closest) elevator was out of order, so we had to carry everything up/down stairs (other elevators had long waits. Loved being on the third floor and it is a very short walk to the beach. As soon as we walked in the condo, the curtains were open, we instantly fell in love with the view! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach and were eager to pick out our perfect spot. The patio also overlooks one of the two pools the property has to offer. The condo was very clean and there were plenty of towels. There is memory foam you can put on the pullout in the living room and it made it comfortable for the ones who slept there. There was a crockpot for you to use and I made good use of it 3 of the days we were there as we did mot want to go anywhere but the beach or pool If we come back to PCB we will rent this condo again!
