From the “UPPER DECK,” you can watch the sunset or enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Enjoy cooking your dinner from the outdoor kitchen while you spend your evening in this entertaining living space as we have a 55 inch HDTV, dining table, couch and chairs so that you can RELAX and ENJOY the VIEW! Sunset Jubilee based on its location it the perfect rental for Alys Beach or Rosemary beach weddings. It has a central location with easy beach and pool access. The complimentary beach tram service stops just a few houses away and it will quickly take you to either the beach or the pool. Sunset Jubilee is now Pet Friendly when pet is approved by the owner and Pet Fee is paid. Sunset Jubilee is a professionally decorated, three-story house perfect for a two family rental. From the moment you arrive you will be greeted with comfort and style where every room is equipped with a wall mounted flatscreen TV! On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin daybed with a full bath. As you follow the hallway to the back of the house, you will enter to the open kitchen, dining room and living room area. Enjoy cooking in this fully stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a special drink refrigerator. Our custom kitchen table can seat 12-14 people. Step outside and you will find a gas grill, beach shower and room for the kids to play as our house backs up to Alys beach and we are on a cul-de-sac. On the second floor you will find a master suite with a king size bed and a deck with a view. This master bathroom has a rain shower with a handheld shower perfect for getting the sand off from the beach. This master bath also has double vessel sinks and a deep soaking tub. The second master suite has a king size bed, a deck and a shower with a rain head and a handheld shower. Sunset Jubilee has a tankless water heater which you will be thankful for while you are taking your luxury showers in the master bathrooms. The third floor hosts one large bunk room for the kids that sleeps 7 and has an XBOX One with games to keep the kids entertained. The third floor is where you will spend most of your time relaxing and enjoying the view from our spacious deck. Sunset Jubilee is a short walk to the amazing 12,000 square foot Seacrest community pool with waterfalls, fountains and 2 bath houses. In addition to the neighborhood pool and beach nearby, the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach are with in walking distance, where you can rent bikes, grab a cup of coffee, browse the shops and enjoy an ice cream cone. Our kids love to scour the candy shop at the Sugar Shack at least once or twice during the week! There are also award winning restaurants within walking distance, for everyone’s tastes including steaks, seafood, pizza, Mexican, & Italian. You don’t want to miss Charlie’s donuts in Alys Beach which offers gourmet donuts until they are sold out. It’s a motivation for our kids to wake bright and early and walk or bike over for some gourmet donuts – A delicious beach tradition! You can rent chairs on the beach, play volleyball, or just sit back and relax. Our goal is for our guests to fall in love with this house and the incredible and unique 30A area, as we have. We will do everything possible to ensure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. Sleeping Arrangements Master 1 - King Bed Master 2 - King Bed Guest 1 - Queen Bed and Day Bed Guest 2 - 2 twin beds, 2 full beds (these are bunk beds twin on top of a full bed) and a pull out twin BEACH ACCESS Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM. Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking Due to Seacrest being the only neighborhood with a tram service, they do not allow LSV's or golf carts. This house had two master bedrooms which was perfect for two families renting it and the bunk room was great for all the kids. This house was very clean and the owner is very easy to deal with. This home is the perfect location being walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The neighborhood has a tram that will take you to the beach or to the pool. This house is the perfect location for easy access to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. My family was able to walk or bike for just about anything that we wanted to do while on vacation. The owner thought of every possible thing that you would need in the house for cooking or just making your life easier while you are on vacation. They had 4 bikes for my family to use and even supplied beach towels and an Xbox for the kids. The house was professionally decorated and very clean. The house has two master bedrooms which made it easy for multiple families to all have enough space in the house. Our favorite spot was the Upper Deck where we spent most of our time in the evenings, cooking dinner, playing games and enjoying the ocean breeze. We will definitely be back. ##### Alaina W. There were enough supplies for 3 days(kitchen). It was a good distance to go to the beach and swimming pool. But, property wasn’t cleaned well(hair & dust). The air condition on the first and second floor did not work smoothly, and specially when I was cooking in the kitchen, I could not feel the air from the air condition in the living room and kitchen. The grill locate outside on the first floor did not work well and we found many area with the pilling paint or rust inside and outside of building. This is perfect for multi-generational vacation or two families to vacation together. We loved the top deck on the 3rd floor with the grill, fridge, tv, and open air. This is no fault of the owners (and nothing they could change) but there is construction that is going on right behind them. The top deck does look out at dumpsters and a large 30-40 foot pile of sand. There is a bit of noise from construction during the weekdays. This didn't bother us much because we were enjoying the very crowded fall break beach, but beautiful sand, water, and weather! If you want a beautiful home with a great layout in a safe neighborhood where your kids can bike and you can park your car for the stay and bike wherever you need to go-this is a great option! ##### Lauren S. Take the recommendations on visiting Inlet beach just a mile away if the main beach is busy. The cleanliness of the property matches the photos. The location of the property is a half block walk to a Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, which makes accessing the beach hassle free. If you prefer to walk, to the beach was about 10 minutes, but I can’t say I timed this, as we were on vacation. Additionally, a walk to Rosemary & Ally’s Beach is easy to accomplish.
