This beautiful, dog-friendly, coastal colonial home in Seacrest Beach is just on the other side of 30A from the soft white-sand beaches and turquoise waters of Rosemary Beach / Inlet Beach / Alys Beach. Just 30 minutes from the Panama City Beach Airport (ECP) and 60 minutes from the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), this gorgeous beach house showcases hardwood floors, French doors, granite countertops, and high ceilings, providing a stunning space to spend time with friends and family! Our spacious and sunny beach home is just steps from 30A and is the perfect destination to relax with loved ones. The open-concept first-floor provides an inviting living room where there is plenty of space for everyone to come together to talk, cook, laugh, play, and unwind. Cooking is a joy in our generous, modern kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining. There are stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and enough granite countertops to accommodate all willing sous-chefs! There is also a charcoal grill located conveniently off the kitchen. And if you will be traveling with infants or young toddlers, we keep two high-chairs at the house (as well as three Pack 'n Plays) so your little ones can join you at the dinner table! After dinner, take a refreshing bike ride down the trails of the tranquil nature preserve behind the house. Or, sit back and watch the crowd's favorite movie on the HD TV in the living room. If the gang can't agree, don't worry, the house touts six other high definition TVs - each already logged into the home's dedicated Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ accounts. If the kids need a place to be kids, the third floor has an adorable lounge with bean bag chairs, a wet bar, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and an arsenal of board games to keep everyone entertained all night long! Whenever you are ready for more privacy, head off to one of our five comfortable bedrooms. Ensure quality sleep with a long shower or a hot bath before bed. The beach house is located in the Seacrest Community, which features a dazzling, 12,000 square foot lagoon pool (open 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 p.m. every day) and an amphitheater just up the street from the house. After spending a morning in the water, explore the unique shops and galleries of South Walton. Stop into one of the charming local-owned restaurants for lunch. Please don’t forget to try the seafood, it’s some of the freshest in the country! Without a doubt, the best way to ensure you are getting fresh seafood is to catch it yourself! South Walton has some of the best fishing in the world, catering to both professionals and child adventurers. Fishing isn’t on the “dock”et? We are always available by phone, text, or email to answer any questions you may have. We also have a local team on hand who can readily assist you as needed. We will provide the address, directions to the beach house, and a guest guidebook in the Welcome Package 1-2 weeks prior to arrival. There are 5 parking spots available in front of the house, plus ample street parking. We have an excellent housekeeping team that will have thoroughly cleaned the house prior to your arrival. However, if they missed anything and the place is not to your satisfaction, we offer a 24-hour clean guarantee, and would be glad to promptly send our team back out to address any areas that were overlooked. There is a one-time, $165 pet fee. Well-trained dogs only, please. Three dogs maximum. Minimum age for primary renter is 21. Loved staying here- the host was responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be beat. Whatever it looks like on the map- it is even shorter distance in real life. No issue running back from the pool to grab something or catching the B7 tram stop outside the door to get anywhere. The master bed is extremely comfortable. Short walk to such and amazing pool! Best resort style pool I have seen! Neighborhood tram made life convenient. Lovely neighborhood to walk in, with a nature walk, can also walk to Fonville Press for breakfast and lunch. House was easy to maintain and there were board games to use. When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she indicated she wanted a trip with all the kids and significant others. We chose Rosemary Beach. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers. We were there from November 19 to November 22\. Everyone had their own room across the 3 levels. Lots of Light and lots of space. This is only our 2nd time using a VRBO for a vacation trip and once again we were glad we did. Jeff's YourCation property was PERFECT for what we wanted to accomplish on our trip. It's short walk to the beach. It's a short walk to rent bikes. It's a short walk to shopping, several restaurants, Starbucks, Famers Market, etc. Close to grocery and tons of other restaurants, state parks, and activities all within minutes if you decide you want to drive some place. There was plenty of space for us to eat, play, and hang as a family as well as space to unwind privately. My family and I felt as if we were members of Jeff's family as pretty much everything you can think of was available to us to use within the property. I am a "fan guy" when I sleep, so I was UBER appreciative of Jeff thinking to have fans available in bedroom closets to plug in for those like me. We also appreciated this being a "pet friendly" location. My son and his wife were able to bring their pet Pugs on their visit which allowed them to attend this vacation which was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to have an OUTSTANDING time at Rosemary Beach, I can highly recommend this property. Thank you Jeff! ##### Omar H. Location of the house is incredible and very easy access to the beach. However- Our feet were black from walking around on the floor, looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. Upon arrival two bedrooms had broken closet doors. The laundry closet doors were broken. The shower curtain for one of the rooms was on the floor. The rooftop deck furniture is in horrible condition and the floor up there needs to be sprayed off. We picked up multiple screws in the driveway. We enjoyed our stay but were very upset with the condition of the house upon arrival. ##### Reagan J. Unfortunately we had a miserable experience due to obvious deferred maintenance from a rotten balcony which resulted in water pouring into the master bedroom from the ceiling, fan, lights, and vent. We could not use the master for fear that the ceiling was going to cave in. The mattress in that room was already warped. The “handyman” spent hours working on it one day cutting out portions of the deck and it was much worse that night and the next morning. The entire bed, carpet, and ceiling were soaked and it kept tripping the breaker to the 3rd floor AC. A $300 credit on a $3,000 bill was not enough to make up for the problems. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door. ##### Marie W. All our families enjoyed their own bathrooms. The house has plenty of parking……and multistory patios. The pool is not far to walk to. As you walk up the block, Turn left on the “green space” and the pool gates are nearby. The owner, Jeff is available, via email and answers all questions quickly. ##### sue c.
