When you want to soak up some sunshine, there are five resort-style pools for you to enjoy: a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a seasonally heated rooftop pool with a hot tub, a large island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool with beach views. When you return to home base after a day at the beach, the full kitchen will be just the place to whip up tasty meals on modern appliances as the rest of the gang kicks back in the living area with a favorite movie playing on the flatscreen TV. What's nearby: With such a central location, you will have plenty of activities for every guest to enjoy. When you want to get a taste of sandy toes and warm water, the beach is right across the street, so you can easily bring a cup of coffee down to the sand each morning. The golfers of the group can also get out early and make a tee time at Signal Hill Golf Course less than a mile away. If the kiddos have come along, local attractions such as Race City (two miles), ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory (two miles), and Gulf World (six-and-a-half miles) will be a hit. Be sure to check out St. Andrews State Park (three miles) for stunning views of the coast and calm trails that the whole family can enjoy. Things to know: Free high-speed WiFi but that service can be limited at times due to higher occupancy. I’m glad I wasn’t charged because I didn’t touch them nor do I smoke cigarettes lol. Other than that I’m pleased with the property. First of all I have to say that we loved the condo and the great view! We would recommend to all! Having said that, the condo needs a deep clean, including the furniture! Communication with owners/management was not the best. Wifi was off and on. We think it needs a new cable modem or wifi box..? Was told we would get some money back for the inconvenience of that and not having a dryer or complete balcony furniture for 3 weeks, have not seen it. All in all, would still go back and rent!! TVs were great, equipped with Netflix and Disney, view was wonderful, plenty of dishes and utensils, plenty of towels and blankets, beautiful home, grateful for broom and vacuum. It was bad enough to probably not stay at this location again.. The dryer in the unit made load chirping noises when it was used.
