With three master suites and two guest bedrooms (including a bunk room), this Southern charmer has room to stretch out and relax. This home will stun you with its grace, beauty and warm inviting hues; no detail left undone. The high-end finishes of stone counters thru-out, wood floors, and stainless appliances are just a few of the luxury finishes you'll find on the inside but, the back porch swing will draw you out too. With four covered porches, you will love the relaxing feel, and it will not take long for you to feel right at home. ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. There are many restaurants and retail shops within walking distance at the Villages of South Walton, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. The communities of Seaside, Watercolor, and Seagrove are a short drive or bike ride down the scenic Hwy. 30-A and are fun to explore. There is a bike/walking path that extends for 18 miles from Rosemary Beach to Grayton Beach. AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas. \*\*\* Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival. BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We had a large group and there were still plenty of quiet spots to read a book or just relax on a porch. The walk to the beach is not bad. I thought we would need the bike or tram, but we walked every time. We love Seacrest for the location near Rosemary shops & art galleries and the beautiful pristine homes of Alys, and of course, the beautiful beach with super-soft sand. 30A Beach Girls were easy to get in touch with questions before the trip. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Amy M., Flower Mound 29 mars 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### So much fun! We LOVED our stay at Well Adjusted! We were here during spring break and the weather was perfect. The house is beautiful and so well kept. Very roomy , clean and well stocked. The porches were wonderful. The house backs up to a green area so it is very peaceful and quiet. But there is lots of action just a short 2 minute bike ride away. Our teenagers thought they had died and gone to heaven. So much to do and see in a 5-10 minute bike ride. We rented a golf cart which was great until we realized we can not drive it in Rosemary Beach. We did use it to tour Alys beach and ride up to Seacrest Center for ice cream and shopping. We had a wonderful time at Seacrest and would definitely stay in Well Adjusted again! The kids are already talking about coming back for next year for spring break. ##### Amy M.
