Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Oceanfront with a resort feel, this trendy condo stuns with its fantastic balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico. Cook up dinner in the or in the shared charcoal grill. Guests also have access to two community pools (one of which is heated seasonally), the hot tub, an outdoor shower, and the fitness center (among other amenities!). WHAT’S NEARBY Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Walkin’ on Water Paddleboards (just five miles from the condo) offers rentals and tours for those looking for a day exploring on the water. THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in building. Covered parking. Reservations made March through October include beach service (two beach chairs & one umbrella). This is a no smoking property. This condo shares a wall with the elevator, a slight humming can be heard inside while the elevator is in use. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 14. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Very long wait times! Check out is at 10 am and that’s when your door code changes. No exceptions for the extensive elevator wait. We took our main luggage to the car and left small items in the room for the next trip. Due to the extensive wait times for the elevators it was after 10 am when we made it back to the room to get our last items and do a final walkthrough. The door was locked and our code WOULD NOT work! Thankfully, the cleaning crew just happened to arrive and we were able to retrieve our items. We were rushed to say the least. ##### Samantha L. AC was on 74\* when arriving?… It took 6 hours before we could get it down to 71\* in condo. The rest was all good. Beds were very nice. View was nice. Facilities were nice. Beach access was great. It had a little stale smell in the air, but a bottle of air freshener and it’s perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked has everything needed the beds are comfortable TVs and every room showers are great. Balcony view is absolutely amazing. The only downside we had to this property was lack of communication from Vacasa was someone entering the condo during our stay without our knowledge, my family and I felt like our privacy was violated when we walked in from the balcony and a stranger was standing in the middle of the living room. Pros: quiet part of the beach, covered/adjoining parking ($30 extra fee), Vacasa had very efficient customer service, TVs/appliances all worked, internet was pretty good, balcony view is perfect (lots of ocean so you can see dolphins but also a low enough floor that you can still see the beach). Cons: the mattress is atrocious as are the pillows (we both left feeling like we had been hit by a truck and I ended up resorting to the couch pillows), Celadon’s elevators hit or miss this time of the year, there was a roach-type bug who hung out on the balcony, the ceiling fan in the master was loose so you couldn’t turn it on due to the squeaking it’d make, doesn’t seem like the air works in the master, you have to ask Vacasa’s CS for gate codes to the pools and the passcode for your parking pass. In summary, if this rental is a good deal compared to others at Celadon and you can take sleeping on a terrible mattress as a trade-off, then it’s not a bad choice. ##### Renée B. Upon entry the unit smelled very musty. The mattresses in both bedrooms were terrible. The dryer would not work. We washed a load of swimsuits and towels on our first night and realized the dryer was broken. We reported it immediately. This was on a Tuesday night and the dryer was still not working and had not been replaced when we checked out on Saturday. This was terribly inconvenient. Several days of wet/soiled swimsuits and towels was very unpleasant. We could have found a laundry mat, but we rented a condo with a washer and dryer for a reason. Things to note in this unit is the dishwasher was not attached to counter properly. Was not comfortable using it. The AC was very noisy. The toilet seats were very loose in each of the bathrooms. Still waiting on elevator to leave property Really do not need to elaborate more than title. The mattresses were just awful. AC didn’t work well in master bedroom, but would assume that this was and could be easily fixed. Also, the elevators in the complex need to also be addressed. Jul 6, 2022 #### Class and comfort The entire stay was absolutely amazing. Brought 5 women and myself and we had plenty of space to enjoy our stay. It was a clean, classy environment with zero worries of having to deal with the party going element(no judgement) that is attracted to PCB. Would most definitely stay again ##### Norman G.
