Also, we were about 200 yards away from Pier Park where we had access to over 10 restaurants and all kinds of shops. Having two 16 year olds who wanted some of there own space, the beach view was great because we could see them on the beach from the condo and Pier Park provided a safe area for them to roam without us having to be right alongside them. ##### Chris W.
