Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the beachside exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to March 14, 2026\. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed. as outlined below for the condos we manage. \*\*The resort pool will be closed from 01/01/2026- 03/02/2026\. There is a chance it could face delays and not be reopened until 03/14/2026\. The beach access will be open during the pool closure. The Hot Tub and Kiddie pool will be opened unless weather requires a closure due to paint overspray on windy days. It will be impossbile to know the schedule for these dates in advance. Our rates have been discounted during these windows to provide guest with an economical stay during construction. Current Balcony Access Updates: Watercrest 401\. 901, 1201, 210, 510, 1510, 1710 - Balcony and Railing work has been completed and balcony access is now available effective November 15, 2025. Watercrest 203, 209, 408, 502, 902, 1102, 1403, 1603, 1509 - Are all being worked on with completion date for access to balconies effective 01/12/2026. Watercrest 207, 904, 1405 - Balconies will be closed effective 01/12/2026 until the balcony project is completed with anticipated completion date of 03/14/2026\. We are striving to complete this work by 03/01/2026 but weather could play a factor in this. Front of building Paint Dates 03/02/2026 to 05/24/226: This will not affect balconies or pool decks but construction noise will occur at times. Parking Overflow lot will be utltilized to accommodate guest vehicles. Wake up or fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean rolling in from this beachfront Watercrest condo with 2 master bedrooms on the beachside. This 3 bedroom condominium located on the 2nd floor of Watercrest offers great space for the family to getaway with amazing beachfront views. The oversized balcony overlooks the deep end of the pool and you can relax on the balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine at sunset. This condo sleeps up to 12 people with 2 beachfront masters, and 2 queens. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and private bathroom with private access to the beachfront balcony. The second bedroom hosts a king size platform powered bed and private bathroom and also has access to the beachfront balcony. Bedroom three features two full over queen bunk beds and is adjacent to the units 3rd bathroom. The living area also features a double sliding glass door that opens onto the large balcony space. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities (tennis courts, pickleball court, fitness center, kiddie pool, heated pool, hot tub) that the entire family will enjoy. The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive to Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Captain Anderson's, J Michaels, The Grand Marlin, Schooner's, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. My only complaint is the rug in the second master bedroom kept rolling up on the edges and if you step on it just right you would almost slip. I think 2 smaller rugs on either side would have been perfect like what was in the other master. Everyone slept comfortably, enjoyed the balcony, and played many hours of Mexican Train at the dining table. Being on the second floor was a new experience, that we enjoyed--quick access to the pool & beach. We appreciated the kitchen as we cooked meals. The finished cement floors were very nice. The only problems we had were with the tvs in the second & third bedrooms. It may have been us "old folks," but we could not get them to work. ##### Becky N.
