Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the beachside exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to March 14, 2026\. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed. as outlined below for the condos we manage. \*\*The resort pool will be closed from 01/01/2026- 03/02/2026\. There is a chance it could face delays and not be reopened until 03/14/2026\. The beach access will be open during the pool closure. The Hot Tub and Kiddie pool will be opened unless weather requires a closure due to paint overspray on windy days. It will be impossbile to know the schedule for these dates in advance. Our rates have been discounted during these windows to provide guest with an economical stay during construction. Current Balcony Access Updates: Watercrest 401\. 901, 1201, 210, 510, 1510, 1710 - Balcony and Railing work has been completed and balcony access is now available effective November 15, 2025. Watercrest 203, 209, 408, 502, 902, 1102, 1403, 1603, 1509 - Are all being worked on with completion date for access to balconies effective 01/12/2026. Watercrest 207, 904, 1405 - Balconies will be closed effective 01/12/2026 until the balcony project is completed with anticipated completion date of 03/14/2026\. We are striving to complete this work by 03/01/2026 but weather could play a factor in this. Front of building Paint Dates 03/02/2026 to 05/24/226: This will not affect balconies or pool decks but construction noise will occur at times. Parking Overflow lot will be utltilized to accommodate guest vehicles. This freshly updated beach retreat located at Watercrest offers stunning views of the Gulf from the 16th floor featuring extraordinary spaces to unwind with the backdrop of the Emerald Coast. The driftwood wall mirror art piece in the dining area will be a conversation starter for all renters and the hand carved porpoise statue is a one of a kind piece of art! The wall of windows on the beach side and east side of the condo will provide amazing panoramic views of the sunrise and sunset. The owner has made the unit handicap friendly with the following features: Sloped entrance way to make it easy for wheel chairs and walkers to make the step through easier to navigate, Oversized shower and expanded space in the guest bath, Master bed is on a platform instead of box spring to allow lifts to access underneath the platform, no rugs in den or bedrooms or dining area to make movement easier, Reduced furniture in Master to allow navigation on both sides of the bed, master bedroom mattress raises and lowers on both head and foot sections. While not fully ADA compliant this condo with open spaces and easy access features will assist those in wheelchairs and their families with a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, direct access to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The second bedroom hosts 2 full beds and is directly adjacent to the unit's second bathroom. The common area of the unit hosts a queen sleeper sofa. Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym and many more enjoyable amenities. Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the St Andrew's State Park. The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. Main bedroom sheets were dirty and had hair on sheets from previous visitors. Sheets should have been changed out or at the very least been washed properly. Great view from balcony and bedroom. The bed was the only issues. We got the handicap condo for my mother and it said the bed was adjustable for head and feet which she needed. As she cant lay flat because of health issues, But we managed. Elevator was fast and everyone was friendly.
