Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the beachside exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to March 14, 2026\. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed. as outlined below for the condos we manage. \*\*The resort pool will be closed from 01/01/2026- 03/02/2026\. There is a chance it could face delays and not be reopened until 03/14/2026\. The beach access will be open during the pool closure. The Hot Tub and Kiddie pool will be opened unless weather requires a closure due to paint overspray on windy days. It will be impossbile to know the schedule for these dates in advance. Our rates have been discounted during these windows to provide guest with an economical stay during construction. Current Balcony Access Updates: Watercrest 401\. 901, 1201, 210, 510, 1510, 1710 - Balcony and Railing work has been completed and balcony access is now available effective November 15, 2025. Watercrest 203, 209, 408, 502, 902, 1102, 1403, 1603, 1509 - Are all being worked on with completion date for access to balconies effective 01/12/2026. Watercrest 207, 904, 1405 - Balconies will be closed effective 01/12/2026 until the balcony project is completed with anticipated completion date of 03/14/2026\. We are striving to complete this work by 03/01/2026 but weather could play a factor in this. St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away. This beachfront condo is beautiful and just as advertised. Everything was relaxing and enjoyable from the easy checkin through checkout. We watched dolphins, sea turtles, sunsets and storms from the spacious wrap around balcony. I would definitely stay here again. We usually stay just down the way but chose this property and loved it. Never felt like it was overcrowded or to many people. Great relaxing location. Views from the condo are amazing, the oversized patio was fantastic with plenty of seating. The property manager Cort was so helpful and kind. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled and a great job was done on all of it. Plenty of space in all of the rooms and this corner unit has a huge wraparound balcony. The balcony is HUGE and allows for a view of sunrise and sunset! The owner was quick to respond with any concerns and just a kind person who is easy to work with. He paid attention to details so that we had everything we needed! It was quiet and comfortable. Beautiful beach of course!!! ##### elizabeth l. Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed this property! It’s far enough away from PCB that the beach/stores aren’t crowded but, a short drive to get downtown. The property had ample space for all of us to sleep. We LOVED the wrap around balcony & spent many evenings watching the waves. Our one complaint was the fridge did not have condiments/ basic kitchen ingredients like we’ve experienced before with other properties. But, easy fix and we had no other complaints about the lodging. Beautiful property, beautiful view! Thank you for hosting our family! ##### Erika S. The view speaks for itself! My husband and I made last minute (literally 1 week prior) changes to our vacation and happened to luck upon this amazing condo! Cort, the property manager, welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. He made sure everything was perfect! The condo was entirely too much for just 2 people but we are so glad we chose it! We are already talking about bringing the family with us on our next trip! The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed and exceeded our expectations! I could go on and on but I promise...if you choose this condo you absolutley will NOT regret it! We can't wait to come stay again! ##### Crystal C. Our family has stayed at Watercrest for 7+ years, sometimes several times during the year as well as the week when we have four different condos. This is the first year in this particular unit. We were on the 15th floor and another of groups were on the 17th. Elevators were horrible this, ranging from having no elevators available for hours to having one of the elevators that only go as high as the 6th floor. Then for more than 6 hours ALL FOUR elevators were down at least once. Part of m family came for a week in April and the west end 1-6 elevator was broken then and still broken this week! Unacceptable!!! When you are in your 70s or have a disability or a combination of both, I see Watercrest leaving themselves open for litigation. And we won’t even talk about the Americans With Disabilities Act!! When you’re afraid of going to the beach or pool because you can’t make the stair climb to the 15th or higher floor again just isn’t in your abilities, you feel like you’ve lost a huge chunk of your vacation. And when you’ve paid over $5,200 for your week, I for one feel a refund of some kind is due us. Also I did text the manager of the property we rented. Twice. And he never answered either one. Very well equipped kitchen but linens for the baths were in need of replacing as well as having a few more. Only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for the master.
