We had our family vacation here with our adult children and one grandchild. The home was clean and very well stocked with everhthing we needed. TV's in every bedroom plus the FR. Plenty of seating for everyone. This home is super close to the AWESOME pool that is super nice and they were putting out brand new chairs while we were there. The beach is a short golf cart ride and there was always parking for the cart. We could not have had such a great experience w/o the golf cart so THANK YOU!! The home is at the very end of a VERY nice neighborhood. So somewhat wooded and secluded but yet close to everything you need. We rented bikes so also biked everywhere as well. Rosemary is about 2.5 miles away. Lots of affordable places to eat. The beach here is STUNNING. It's like being in the Caribbean....super GREEN and white soft BEAUTIFUL Sand! Nice The golf cart made the trips to the beach a breeze. We liked the location, near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach one direction and Seagrove and Seaside area on the other. The use of the golf cart was helpful to get to 30A, and then it was just a short walk to the beach. The property manager, Andrea, was very friendly and attentive to my emails.
