Active Military Discount This is a newer (built in 2006), well- maintained, lower density condo with easy parking and 3 fast elevators. It has 2 swimming pools (1 pool is heated), no more than 4 1/2 ft deep, ideal for children, and a hot tub for guests 12 years old and older. Located at the quiet end of the beach. It offers fantastic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Lower Grand Lagoon. The condo is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan, 9 feet ceiling and a large sliding glass doors in the living area overlooking the white beaches and the emerald green water. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the balcony you can watch helicopters, parasails and birds fly at eye level; have a scenic view of the beach, and the beachgoers, boats, jet skis and all sorts of water activities. Best of all you can watch the sunsets and the sunrise from the comfort of the balcony. Very kind and welcomed us. He showed us around and even had water and a bottle of wine waiting for us. He also called to check on us midweek.
