This property is a 1 bedroom 2 bath deluxe and has been updated with New: Ceramic Tile floors, Woodwork, Paint, Furniture, Lighting, Appliances, & Décor. Balcony leads to living room & master suite which overlooks the Beautifully Landscaped, Popular Lagoon Pool and the Beach. The master has 2 NEW Queen beds & a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 FULL Bathrooms Sleeps 4-6 comfortably! \*\*Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy! Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. We enjoyed the resort amenities, the view of the ocean, and the many pools. We soaked in a lot of sunshine and made some good memories. All of the employees were nice & helpful. I loved the low story and the beachfront view. The condo was clean and pretty updated. The resort is great with lots to do without ever getting in your vehicle, which is a huge plus because there's a ton of road construction going on this summer. The only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars is because it's a tiny bit dated, but considering that it's located in the older part of town, it's very nice!
