This unit has been updated with New: granite counters, cabinets, appliances, carpet, furniture, lighting & decor. 1 balcony leads to living room & master suite which has a King size bed overlooking Villa side largest Lake and Pool. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and another balcony. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room...sleeps 8 comfortable. Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN, You will NOT be disappointed! \*\*Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Location was nice, took about a 5 min walk to beach or catch the shuttle. Room was nice and clean. Few little things need to be checked on, air wasn’t cooling effectively, we were very warm. The fans in both bedrooms are small and don’t put enough air out plus they rattle. The fans need to be large like the living room. It was not on the beach but was away from the crowded area and that was exactly what we needed. We had a small pool right outside our condo that was perfect for our family. It was never crowded.
