A Must See!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: granite counters, cabinets, appliances, carpet, furniture, lighting & decor. 1 balcony leads to living room & master suite which has a King size bed overlooking Villa side largest Lake and Pool. The junior suite has 2 queen beds and another balcony. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room...sleeps 8 comfortable. Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN, You will NOT be disappointed! \*\*Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It was not on the beach but was away from the crowded area and that was exactly what we needed. We had a small pool right outside our condo that was perfect for our family. It was never crowded. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several times while there. Erica always quickly responded to any questions I had. The condo was very clean. The property manager checked in with us occasionally throughout the weekend. It was a great location. The tram rides from our villa to the beach was a nice treat. Location was nice, took about a 5 min walk to beach or catch the shuttle. Room was nice and clean. Few little things need to be checked on, air wasn’t cooling effectively, we were very warm. The fans in both bedrooms are small and don’t put enough air out plus they rattle. The fans need to be large like the living room. Also the sliding glass door handle in the living room is a pinch hazard. We believe it is on backwards. All in all it was a nice place to stay, we appreciate your help Erica. ##### Rhonda M.
