There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The condo was the cleanest we have stepped foot in to date. It looks just like the pictures and is well appointed. We especially appreciated the extra attention to the little details, like having power strips available on each side of the bed and having fans available to help move air. Each bath room had more than enough linens and the kitchen was well stocked.When I made contact with the host, they were very responsive and helpful. The unit is really spacious and very well decorated. The bed was super comfortable and so was all of the furniture in the living room including the recliner to relax in every night! We have been going to Panama City for over 30 years and have stayed at Edgewater many times but this is the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. I know it’s not your fault but the house cleaning people were standing at the door at 8:45 AM asking us when we were leaving. We did check out earlier. The host/rental agency provided exceptional service the entire time, with a sub-15 minute response time whenever we needed them. And was always very friendly and willing to help! This place was spot on! From everything we needed for kitchen utensils to comfortable surroundings. What we really liked was the patio furniture. Table for four. Two comfortable chairs. Only hiccup was the tvs did not work first night, as someone had disconnected the WiFi. We would recommend instructions for tv use since there were 8 different remotes in the same drawer. Quality bedding and towels, and plenty of towels! Thank goodness!!! I’ve stay so many places, and typically the bedding and towels are lower quality and very few. We really appreciated the quality of bedding and towels, made us feel more at home. The location is great, and the condo was clean and decorated well. The unit was completely remodeled and in the perfect location. It was so clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. This was one of the best (maybe the best) vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. We were highly pleased and can’t wait to go back. The quality was above average on everything from the beds, towels, shades, cookware, furniture, etc. They really took their time and put thought into everything and didn’t cut costs. The elevator and trash chute are conveniently located near the unit. Parking was a breeze. The views were breathtaking from the huge balcony (also had new patio furniture) or inside from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. Everything was exactly as pictured but even better. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Highly highly highly recommend staying here. I know it all sounds and looks too good to be true but it’s not. ##### Christy T.
