Room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed during our stay. The ice maker was a nice bonus. The furniture while clean was not that comfortable specifically the couch. The bedroom did not have a ceiling fan, but I require a fan when I sleep and easily bought one at Walmart. Neither of these were deal breakers and would rent the unit again. Loved the deck furnishings so we could eat outside. The kitchen was fully furnished. It had plenty of towels, washcloths, and bedding. As an added bonus not only did we have beach service with 2 seats & umbrella, but the owner had beach chairs, body boards ( although 2 was cracked) that we were welcome to use! My husband was on a walker and the unit worked perfectly fine for him especially the walk in shower with bench seat. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer worked great too. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony for early mornings and late evenings. Bed was comfortable, bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen stocked with essential utility needs. Never a wait for elevators. Pools are spotless. Included beach service was a welcome plus. We liked the code system for entering the property - especially with Schooners next door. Having Schooners next door, though, was great for a quick bite or a drink.
