A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. This condo makes coming to PCB amazing by being right on the beach and located on Long Beach. This unit is equipped with 2 Bedrooms, the master with a king size bed and flatscreen TV and en suite bath. The second bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen tv. Two bathrooms in this unit, one off of the master bedroom is equipped with a newly renovated custom tile shower, the second is equipped with a shower/tub combo, and a well lit make up desk. Enjoy cooking in the newly renovated kitchen with all new Quartz countertops with a custom waterfall end panel , 4 barstools provide great extra seating to the 8 person dining table for more than extra seating. Built in 2006, Ocean Villa is a 23 story high rise building with 125 units. There are 22 floors of condominium units, 6 units per floor, with parking garage decks on the first two floors. All units are beach front 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with large oversized balconies overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each individual unit has approximately 1,200 square feet of interior floor space. Ocean Villa also has a three-story parking garage across the street from the main building. There is a pedestrian skywalk bridge connecting the 3rd floor parking garage deck to the 3rd floor of the main building. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Very nice condo with incredible views of the Golf of America. The master bedroom was great with a fantastic on suite. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The second bedroom was just as nice. We really liked the fireplace and used it every night as it was pretty cool in PBC during our stay. The patio furniture on the balcony was extremely comfortable and nice. It made sitting outside watching the sunrise and sunset a pleasure. If I had any complaints it would be the parking garage. It was somewhat difficult to park a full size pick up truck in there. But if that’s my only complaint, I’d say we had a great experience. Comfortably furnished, everything is new. Balcony is great. Pool, hot tub, and surrounding patio are well maintained, and clean. Beach access is very convenient and the two included beach chairs with umbrella was great. They are setup and taken down daily. Nice that you don’t have to bring your own down each time you go to the beach. For anyone with long hair remember to bring a hairdryer.
