It was a welcome improvement. You could tell that the cabinets were recently refinished with contact paper. Some was already peeling in the corners. You could also tel that it had a fresh coat of paint. Everything was clean-including the ceiling fans. A bit of mold was starting in the master shower caulk on the floor. The door never really closed tight, so we soaked a few towels before we figured it out. Microwave went out in the middle of our stay-the fix was prompt and satisfactory. We never drive over a mile to go anywhere, including Walmart. The grill/bar is open air and had live music. There were several rules at the pool, but they are there for good reason and we didn’t mind them one bit. A lot of surrounding condo’s patrons visit the bar, so the wristbands keep the pool from being overcrowded by non guests. Plenty of security and staff around the complex. The unit was as described. Plenty of room and clean. We ate out every night so I can’t really speak to dishes etc. One recommendation for the owner is to upgrade the silverware. Oh, and to our surprise, there were chairs, a tent, and sand toys in the closet! That came in handy since we forgot our chairs at home. The cheapest ones in town start at 55 a piece. Overall, 10/10\. The location was great and the balcony was a very nice size. Would rent again. The only problem was, the master bathroom, the shower door didn't close all the way which caused the water to come out, but other than that, it was almost perfect. ##### Yalonda W.
