Along with top of the line upgrades such as shiplap. Located just steps away from the sandy shores, this haven is also conveniently close to shopping and eateries, ensuring that you're never far from the vibrant pulse of PCB. Immerse yourself in the serenity of Gulf views from your private balcony. Turtle Cove is ideally located 5th floor of the newest high rise, family friendly resort in Panama City Beach, guests will enjoy a heated pool year around at 83 degrees with private cabanas and beach access within 200 yards. A Ring security camera is located outside the front door. No other cameras are on the property. Turtle Cove boasts a roomy living space with a private balcony with seating to enjoy a view of the pier and beach. There is one kingsize bed, a set of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa to sleep a max of 4 and 5 may be allowed for babies and special circumstances. Please message us your request). Two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, are available along with a full kitchen, dining area, bar seating, washer and dryer, smart TVs and WIFI. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and then released 2 days after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed due to owners high allergies and disturbing neighbors with noise. Parking at Calypso is located in a covered garage. Guest must register and pay $60 directly to the resort as part of the resort's standard procedures; this includes parking for one vehicle. Wrist bands are not required for children 12 and under but a parent/guardian with a wrist band must be present while children are in the pool.
