Welcome to “Tryin’ To Catch A Good Time”, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeping 8. This tastefully decorated townhome, family-friendly vacation rental is tucked inside the highly desirable Prominence South neighborhood on Florida’s iconic 30A. This spacious retreat offers a 6-seater golf cart, heated resort-style pool and is just a short walk or golf cart ride to “The Big Chill”. With convenient proximity to 30A's scenic bike trail, guests can easily explore and indulge in the vibrant dining scene, nightlife, charming shops.  
  
Experience the allure of this remarkable 3-bedroom vacation townhome, accommodating up to 8 guests, nestled in a resort-style community in the idyllic setting of Seagrove Beach. This tastefully designed townhome offers access to a sprawling community pool and boasts a prime location right on 30A, situated across from the renowned "The Big Chill". With convenient proximity to 30A's scenic bike trail, guests can easily explore and indulge in the vibrant dining scene, nightlife, charming shops, and local charm of Rosemary Beach and Seaside.  
The townhome's open layout, adorned with high windows that bring in lots of natural light, offers a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The common living area is situated on the first floor, while the three bedrooms are located on the second floor.  
The second-floor accommodations include a spacious King Master suite with a full attached bathroom, a Queen guest bedroom, while the third bedroom boasts a spacious queen over queen built-in bunkbed. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanities. Bring the whole family to this exceptional property for your upcoming 30A vacation retreat.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club or access to Watersound private club facilities.  
  
  
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL  
We provide a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent, each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
