This is a gated community. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes or public parking is available if you prefer to take a car.

Completely remodeled Townhome with a private garage located between the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, where the emerald colored lapping water creates a 27 mile ribbon of spectacular sugar white sandy beach. This townhome is located between the beach and the emerald waters of the Grande Lagoon. This is a spacious open floor plan 2 floors, 1400 square feet and a private garage, You will enjoy this a quiet, safe, gated neighborhood with community pool and all the conveniences of this central location with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the Lagoon. The community pool is never over crowed as it is exclusively used by Bonita Point owners and guests. All new furniture, mattresses, décor, cabinets and GE Slate appliances. Home and garage freshly painted and extremely clean. The main floor has a full kitchen, full bath with jetted tub and separate shower, master bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The downstairs efficiency is made up of three rooms, one bedroom with a King size bed and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and sink so the guests on this level can prepare their own coffee in the morning or snacks during the day. The second room has a sitting area with 2 full size bunks and a twin trundle bed as well as a full bath with beautiful tiled walk in shower downstairs.

Upstairs: queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, bath with jetted tub and separate shower

Downstairs: king bed, 2 full size bunks and a twin trundle bed, kitchenette, full bath with tiled walk in shower.

We are located on the "quiet" end of the beach and conveniently located to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment PCB is known for. You can bring your small water craft or motorcycles and store then easily in the garage along with all your other beach toys. It truly is a very unique set up at this townhome with the garage. We invite you to come and be our guests!

At the beach entrance you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Many love the pier fishing in this area and you can fish off the docks at Bonita Point (see pics). The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, or Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, rent a pontoon boat and explore Shell Island. Dining options are abundant, whether you prefer open-air casual dining with great live entertainment or fine dining at Salt Water Grill or Grand Marlin. There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier park is 5 miles away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City Beach is known for the abundant entertainment for the entire family: Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park and Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's believe It or Not, Just Jump Trampoline Park, Miniature Golf, Go Carts, Shell Island Tours, and much much more... all wonderful day trips within minutes of the townhome. Additionally, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is perfect day trip about 5 minutes away by car. Swimming, Diving, Snorkeling, Parasailing, Jet Skiing and much more. Perfect for our group

We all enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 teens. The downstairs studio was a good place for the teens to hang out. It was really nice to have the garage to store all of the beach gear. The table and chairs made it a good hangout spot as well. The townhome was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance from several places and close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

This place was nice and the host was very nice however. 1. Didn't like the fact that my children were downstairs away from me. 2. We were welcomed with threats that excessive fingerprint could cost my deposit. 3. Leaving the door open to the downstairs could overheat the air conditioning costing my deposit. 4. Please put towels/ sheets in washer upon leaving. Leave the unit like you found it. Why am I paying a cleaning fee if I have to do laundry, wipe fingerprints and wash clothes. It was Stressful overall great vacation! 🤷🏽‍♂️

A FEW BUMPS!

KEY CODE PAD UNOPERATIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. DON'T EXPECT CHASE TO ANSWER OR HELP! SHERRY VERY HELPFUL! BATHROOM NASTY EVIDENTLY FROM CONTRACTORS WORKING ON UNIT. I THINK THEY EVEN SHOWERED WHILE THERE! ONLY ICE IN KITCHEN, THEY EVEN TOSS SALT AND PEPPER EVIDENTLY. SEEMS LIKE COOKING OIL AND SPICES COULD BE LEFT, BUT JUST MY OPINION. EGO WAFFLES AND FROZEN MAC AND CHEESE DINNERS IN FREEZER FOR SOME REASON THOUGH. NO KEYS TO UPSTAIRS DOOR FOR SOME REASON, ONLY ENTRY THROUGH GARAGE. HANICAP LIFT USEFUL SINCE THE 20 STEPS FROM GARAGE TO DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN TOUGH WITH MY HANDICAP. SHERRY DID ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALLED HER AND CAME RIGHT OVER AND CLEANED BATHROOM HERSELF WITHIN AN HOUR OF NOTIFYING HER OF PROBLEM. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN A SECOND CHANCE. I WAS TOLD BY OTHER RESIDENTS WHILE FISHING OFF THE DOCK THAT THEIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW TRAILER PARKING ON THE PREMISE. JUST S HEADS UP FOR BOATERS AND BIKE RIDERS WITH TRAILERS!

Beautiful, quiet, and clean

What a beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing property. The garage is a huge added bonus, it made me feel safer being able to keep my vehicle tucked away. The bed was so comfortable , as was the entire condo. Sherry was beyond accommodating, responded quickly, and genuinely a nice person. She was a pleasure to work with and will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Wonderful vacation spot!!

My fiance, child, and I had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze! I loved that this place accepted children because that was a little hard to find. However, the living room had a few breakable decor items that I had to put up high so there was no risk of anything being broken. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property to stay

The property was located in a very nice gated community. It is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was perfect. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen area, bathroom, and garage were perfectly cleaned. The advantage of having wash and dryer machines came very handy. We did love the fact that the property has a gated garage because it gave us a sense of privacy. The fact that the property has handicap stairs accessibility is awesome. Although we didn't need it, it certainly will be convenient for any family of group of friends that have a handicap. We also loved the balcony access. We do enjoy sitting out for a bit and catch some of that ocean breeze. The people in that community are very kind and polite. The pool access is very good and enjoyable. We do recommend booking this property to anyone who's looking for true comfort, cleanliness, and privacy.

Very clean, but with some issues

We were happy with the location of this property, and it was mostly clean. It was perfectly described in the listing. However, we experienced issues with not receiving check in instructions; frustrating responses from the owner when we shared concerns about Hurricane Sally, and when we decided to evacuate - our road home ended up getting washed out (bridge on I10) after we left, but to her it was no big deal; and other issues with the property. Example: there were only a few towels, not really adequate for our stay; the bathtub is fabulous (but don't use the jets! They are full of sand and who knows what else), but the water heater could not provide enough water; the water heater temperature could not be adjusted; the A/C had written warnings about extra fees associated with adjusting the temperature, which resulted in us waking up super hot and sweaty in the middle of the night every night. In general, some of our disappointment was weather-related, but these other issues were frustrating. **Owner did work with us to refund a portion of the money we lost, after we checked out early and thoroughly cleaned the whole place. We appreciated that. We realize she has no control over the weather either. However, some of these creature comforts need to be addressed. I'm paying a lot of money and expect I should have adequate hot water and control over the A/C while there.
