Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026\. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18\. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. • The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. • Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31. • Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter. Last minute booking turned into a pleasant surprise. The unit was huge and exactly as pictured and furnished. The door lock pad stopped working the first day. The property manager (not on site) had someone out within 15 minutes and fixed. They were so responsive and friendly I was truly impressed with the level of service. The only change I would suggest, and only a personal preference, would be blackout curtains in the bedrooms. I will definitely be back to the unit. ##### Brandy P. Curtains outdated cushions on balcony stained. Pillows on chairs and throw pillows in bed stained. There was actually used soap in the master shower along with a big glob of hair. Comforter in master was wasn’t fresh at all. More attention should be paid to the condo especially with more summer rentals.
