Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026) We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations! The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete Tower 3 is substantially complete Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished. At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes. We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. The view from the condo was excellent and the patio furniture was good. The location in PCB is the best. You are close to everything you need.Walmart is right across the street about 1/2 mile. The air conditioning needs to be checked out as the whole unit felt wet the entire time we were there. Our clothes, papers, the furniture, carpet all of it was damp. The ceilings are black around the registers, this does not look good. Whoever does the cleaning of the unit needs to wear a hair net as we found hair in the tub, in the towels and dish towels, hair everywhere, yuck. We were worried with the storm Cristobal but it worked out ok. Only 1 day of rain. The condo was great. Clean and exactly what the computer showed. The balcony was amazing and we loved it. The pools especially the lagoon pool were awesome. I like it had more than 1\. The hot tubs were great on the rainy day. Check in was a breeze. Location was great. This unit has no cabinet space to store groceries. The inside metal furniture was rusted with paint chipping off. A picture glass was broken in the kitchen area. The locks on the sliding glass doors were broken and the on in the bedroom wouldn’t open. There had been water damage in the ceiling area of the living room area that had attempted to be fixed. I never reported this to the owners because I didn’t want to waste my vacation time waiting on someone to come fix something that should have already been repaired.
