Promptly report any missing items in the property as soon as they are noticed, rather than waiting until the end of the stay. Failure to inform us in a timely manner is considered negligence on the part of the guest. Prompt reporting allows us to address and rectify any issues quickly, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for your booking is determined by the platform through which you made your reservation. To provide you with peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing a separate trip insurance policy. This ensures coverage in the event that unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your stay. The game room was an epic centerpiece of fun. The games played at the long dining table topped off with endless fun and games in the pool and tiki bar made the time in the residence a true family vacation. So much to see and do in Panama City Beach, but honestly had more fun just staying at the property. This property is all around great for large groups. This place was bigger than we had anticipated. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool. We had little kids and the shallow end was perfect for them and not to mention it is shaded most of the day. So we didn't have to worry about the little ones getting a sun burn. The property was fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Getting to the beach was an easy 5 minute drive to Rick Seltzer Park. We will definitely book this place again the next time we go to Panama City.
