What we DID NOT like was the fact that we were on the 11th floor and most of the elevators didn't work, therefore, we either had to take the stairs or wait 20 minutes or more for an elevator. This was hard when dealing with luggage and groceries. Parking garage elevator was the same. ##### Emily B.
