Wake up refreshed in this newly updated 1 bedroom condo, featuring a king size bed, with doors that open to a spacious balcony from the 27th floor of esteemed Tidewater Resort! Located on the quiet west end of the Emerald Coast, here you will find every amenity within the property, easily accessible to create those priceless family memories. We have sought to equip our condo to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise! A stay at The Tidewater Resort requires registration through a link that will be sent over prior to check in. There is a one time $39.89 + tax fee that includes parking in the garage and wrist bands to use all the amenities while on site. Registration should be completed at least one day prior to arrival to get the $39.89 rate, after that the price increases to $48 + tax. This luxurious condo features a view of the gulf from the master bedroom. What makes this unit so unique is that the spacious balcony can be accessed from either the living room or the bedroom. It was clean and exactly as pictured online. We had an issue with our keypad, but the condo owner got back in touch with me that same day and had someone fix it on our second day there. In the meantime, she informed us of the location to obtain a key to access the premises. I highly recommend this condo. She checked on us a few times before it was fixed to make sure we were getting in alright. Overall, we had an excellent experience. The open floor plan for the living area is so cozy. The balcony afternoon sun was perfect and sunset views amazing. Kitchen is stocked with every utensil you may need. There is no ice maker, although they sell ice down stairs. 16# bag under $7\. For it being on the 27th floor it was not long wait for elevator, except for when you need and empty one when you will use the luggage cart going up.
