Located on the 3rd floor (1 floor up from the walkover bridge/front desk), making it easily accessible by stairs if you don’t want to wait for the elevator! Relax to the soothing sound of waves crashing on the shore as you take in the beauty of the Gulf. Pier Park is less than a mile away. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: Welcome to Third Wave Haven 315! Enjoy breathtaking floor-to-ceiling views of the emerald waters from the living room, kitchen (with updated appliances), master bedroom, and private balcony. The enclosed bunk area features a twin-over-full bunk bed. The unit’s location is perfect not only for enjoying stunning beach views and sunsets – the beach is just three floors down, so guests can take full advantage of the stairs that are only one floor from the overpass. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features: Master Bedroom: King bed with full ensuite bathroom, balcony access with Gulf view, and TV (sleeps 2) Bunk Area: Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 2 or 3 persons, depending upon their size) 2nd bathroom is also a full bath with shower/tub combo and stackable washer/dryer Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Third Wave Haven 315 features a coastal chic design with an open floor plan, new living room furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access for spectacular sunrise and sunset views. For added convenience, the unit includes a brand-new stackable washer and dryer. Book your stay at Third Wave Haven 315 and make your dream vacation a reality! Parking: All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You’ll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor. The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below. Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed. Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense. Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregistration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit. LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit. About the Community/Property: Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Tidewater’s onsite amenities include two outdoor pools (not heated) overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, featuring more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions — including The Grand IMAX Theater and Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Frank Brown Park, just a short drive away, offers more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails. Other details to note: Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax. All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project. Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. However, the condo had quite a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable than it should’ve been. The master bathroom tub was clogged, likely from previous guests, which made it practically unusable. This forced all three of us (me, my husband, and my son) to share the second bathroom definitely not ideal for a 2 bed/2 bath condo. The toilet in the bunk room ran constantly unless you flushed it twice, which we didn’t realize until two days in. The sound made it hard to sleep peacefully. On top of that, I had to do some cleaning upon arrival there were food crumbs, sunflower seeds, and dust on the furniture and sofa. The shower curtain was stained from rusty hooks and didn’t have a liner. We also noticed child-sized handprints on the glass balcony door, even though only adults were staying.
