You'll share some magical moments with your family and loved ones at this ideal golf villa. The Shell House consists of a spacious living area, double balconies, a full kitchen, dining areas, three bedrooms and three baths and all perfectly located inside Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Resort. Step inside The Shell House and enjoy a bright, airy, comfortable living space. A sectional sofa and plush chair offer ample seating to enjoy the smart TV or the view of the iconic 8th green of the golf course. Step outside to one of the two villa balconies for fresh air or dining al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances (traditional and single cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc) needed for easy meal prep, and we have bar seating and a dining table available. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience, and we have a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo downstairs as well. Upstairs are three bedrooms, and each includes a smart TV, comfortable bedding, plush pillows, extra blankets, and clothing storage. The master bedroom has king bed; the second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed; and the 3rd bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and access to a balcony overlooking the golf course. Additionally, there are two upstairs full bathrooms each with a walk-in shower. A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right down the street. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $500 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is just a few steps away to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar. The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center. Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property. ## Commodités de l’hébergement ### Plage - There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Host made a lot of convenient items available in the Villa like a steamer, batteries, extra bedding, etc. Villa was located centrally between all the pools, resort entrances and event center. Beach and main pool were only 5-10 minute walk away. Restaurants and Groceries were within a 5 minute drive. Most houses you have buy grocery items such as salt, pepper, oil, trash bags, etc, but they had everything you needed with plenty of cleaning products. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a rental that had so many things to make you feel like you were home. These owners definitely know how to add the “at home” touches to their property. We weren't overlooking the beach but the location ended up being good for the dance competition since we were close to the convention center. Place was nice and had everything we needed. It was a little walk to the beach but not too bad and the trams were pretty frequent so if you really needed it you didn't have to wait too long for one. ##### Janice W. There is no such thing as " no place like home" because 312 proves that to be a myth. The owners are most prompt with response/assistance. I have almost two decades vacation home/villa stays at panama city beach, which includes stays at my sisters place in Laguna - and she will be hearing from me about my wonderful stay at 312 - Thank you 312 owners this was my absolute best ( and not this is not to flatter you/all) stay in several years.. I am in hopes that I will be able to stay there again when available - thank you bunches 312 owners from me and my son ( who is living with Autism) for a most absolutely comfortable, welcoming, accommodating, clean etc. home away from home stay!
