There really were beds for 24 people! The grandchildren loved the bunk room. And the pool was a super hangout place. We were thankful for the elevator, but wished for a railing on the boardwalk. 2 refrigerators were wonderful as were the large dining table and kitchen island. We had a total of 8 adults and 7 children (ages 9-16) staying at the Lazy Coconut. The house was so spacious, beds were comfortable, balconies were amazing, having the pool on the second floor was really nice because you could see the ocean while laying by the pool. The kids spent a lot of time swimming in the pool! Location of the property was convenient to a few restaurants, bars and shops (that we could walk to.) Loved having two refrigerators in the kitchen. The only thing really "missing" in the kitchen is a pantry, it would have been nice to be able to put all of our food away, but with so many people in the house, food took up a lot of floor and counter space. The game room was an added extra bit of fun, too! This is a great house if you have a group of friends or family that want all the best of everything in one place.
