Gulf Front Condo with breathtaking views! THE VIEW! \- The unique two-balcony condo is located on the ninth floor of the west wing, in the tower building. This location allows for unobstructed beach views from the living room balcony, dining area as well as the oversized windows of the guest bedroom upstairs. A second balcony off the master bedroom offers gorgeous views from Lake Powell all the way down the beautiful coastline to Rosemary Beach towards Destin. You can see for miles and the sunsets are not to be missed!! THE CONDO - This wonderfully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath condo can sleep up to six guests. Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a half bath with a full-sized washer / dryer. The living room entertainment center includes a large flat-screen TV with 100+ cable channels and DVD player. Feel free to bring your devices for the occasional cloudy day and use the dedicated WIFI modems both downstairs and upstairs for added WIFI connectivity! A generous supply of games and books are available if you need some downtime after a busy day at the beach. Put your feet up and relax on the brand-new sofa which converts to queen sleeper. A quick ride down one of three elevators and stroll down a short hall, and you then step off into the sand. At Pinnacle Port, you are on the beach immediately - no lengthy boardwalks or gates. PINNACLE PORT – Once you stay at Pinnacle Port (PP) resort, you\`ll want to come back again and again. Hidden within the gated Carillon beach-home community, at the quiet end of PCB/Hwy 30A. The location of this private access property is perfect; secluded enough to be away from the crowds and traffic in Panama City Beach but still less than 15 minutes to Pier Park and all of the fun vacation activities this growing city has to offer. Directly to the west of the property is 30A and Rosemary beach which is famous for its upscale shops, dining and nightlife. The beaches here are bigger than in other areas of Panama City and the water is crystal clear. As an added bonus beautiful Lake Powell borders the property and can be accessed by guests by either the on-site dock or boat ramp. Bring your fishing pole, paddleboards, boats, or jet skis. Kayak, canoe, paddleboard and bicycle rentals available at adjacent state park and Carrilon Market.. The main pool is an indoor/outdoor pool, perfect if your little one needs a break from the sun. Also, the outdoor section is closed off in the winter allowing the indoor pool to be heated for year-round enjoyment. Location and views are phenomenal! Being able to get in touch with the owner was super easy. If you wash clothes, the dryer took several rounds to get clothes dry. Beds were both comfortable. The views off of both balconies were wonderful. We had one (very minor) issue and the Owners were quick to respond and fix it. The building is (as of Summer 2024) undergoing elevator rehabs, which made it very challenging to get to/from the unit. Other than that, everything about this community was great. The condo was clean and well kept. Beautiful view on the balcony, enjoyed our morning coffee there each day. Beach access was just steps from the condo entrance. It would be nice to be able to check in sooner but that isnt always possible. The onky issue we had was that the lights flickered often downstairs and there was a power issue that caused the electricity to go out a few times. I called the owners and they were in it right away. Things happen, but they were on the spot to remedy the issue. Even with that issue, 10/10 for us. We hope to come back. Ronnie Louisville ##### Ronnie V. The actual unit was disappointing when the trash can on the downstairs bath was full. The upstairs bedroom on the right smelled like urine or maybe strong ammonia. The stairs are dangerous as there are slanted and slick while the banister was sticky gooey. Expected more for the money. ##### Eden P. The views from the condo were AMAZING (living room with the Gulf side and master bedroom with the Lake Powell side). The condo had everything needed for the week and it was so easy to get down to the beach and pool. There was hardly any wait for the elevators. There was a nice couple who let us use their beach chairs and umbrellas for the week (the Beach Chair company) and it made our trip to the beach everyday less of a hazzle! Some of the condo had some hidden trash in places (under the bed and behind nightstand) BUT it did not deter from our trip at all. We will definitely use this condo again we vacation at Carillon Beach again. Thank you so much! ##### Susan T. Pinnacle Port and your condo was an excellent place to have this vacation. Each family had their own condo and the beach was awesome. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and watching the dolphins and other sea creatures with that fabulous views. ##### Jenna W. Séjour de 6 nuits en mai 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### carol w. 8 avr. 2023 #### Lacks attention to detail and showing its age The building is older and 2 of the 3 elevators were out for the majority of our stay. With contractors having to use the only working guest elevator and many people moving in and out of units with carts, the wait for the elevator was VERY long. The condo itself is adequate but lacks thoughtful design (e.g.the refrigerator door opens to a wall and 1/2 bath door hits the toilet). The king bedroom does not have a king bed (its 2 twins put together) and would benefit from some blackout curtains. The queen bedroom has a constant howling of wind either from badly fitting windows or the vent made in the wall to accommodate a dehumidifier (think that's what it was).
