Area was nice. Lots to do. There was a lot of space for the bedrooms and each individual bathroom which was nice. But that made the rest of the area a bit tighter than we'd thought based on square footage. Dining room table was very close to counter and sofa. Not very much room. I don't say this as a bad thing, just an FYI. There were 3 in our party, and we found the area was a bit cramped. The other issue was it was a "rip tide" area.
