The Crew's Quarters bunk suite is a real bedroom with a door, a window and a closet (not just some bunks built into a hallway like many other rental condos). This cozy room is great for the kids to have their own special place. Bunk beds should not be used by persons over 100 pounds, thanks! The second bathroom is adjacent to the bunk room. It as a tub/shower combination with shower massage and a large vanity area, too. The stacked washer/dryer unit is located in this bathroom for your convenience. Having a parking space on the same floor as your condo is a really big benefit! In addition, this condo is near two elevators with lower traffic than the others in the building. Unit itself was nice great ocean/pool view from balcony and bedroom. Having a parking spot on the same floor as the unit was nice due to elevators being crowed. Could use some cups and bowls there were only 3 bowls we had to buy some from Walmart and no real cups just some mugs and martini glasses overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. ##### Spencer N. Let me first just say the unit was great no issues there, the location on the beach during spring break is not somewhere you want to go with kids. The beach is full of spring break teenagers who fill the beach with raucous behavior until the police remove them each night, it'll be super entertaining if you want a real life episode of cops each night. I've heard this beach is amazing at other times so as long as you're not here March-April you should be fine. ##### Shawn T. It was overall a nice place and a fun stay! However, the listing said there would be beach towels and there weren’t, and a few other things were missing. Place some eating utensils in the unit, only 3 forks and no spoons. View was great of the pool and the beach. We were fortunate to be in town off season. We will never stay in a high rise in the future "on season" due to the parking lot situation. If the lot is full, good luck getting in and out without a bing or bang on your car. If you go, never leave the property until you are ready to leave. The parking situation is a nightmare in season. Spaces too close and a large car is an issue as is a truck. From start to finish this was by far the most awful place I’ve ever stayed. First I would like to say I have never made a bad review on any social media platform in my life, but this place deserves its own post. Upon arrival we were to have wristbands and parking passes in our rooms, but they were for a different condo all together. The thermostat didn’t work either and I had a 9 month old baby and it was freezing. I called emerald beach properties (property managers for this listing) for these two things and we were told it would be fixed that day. We were given new wristbands and parking passes but the thermostat wasn’t fixed. The next day I called again to see if it would be fixed… no one showed. In the meantime we realized that the coffee machine didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, the tubs were stopping up, and the ice machine didn’t work on top of the thermostat!!! For a lack of better words NOTHING IN THIS PLACE WORKS and all the amenities I was promised weren’t in working order!! After a call again the next day (that’s right, three days in a row of calling) I finally spoke to someone who was eager to help. Turns out we needed a new thermostat all together, they had to buy a new dishwasher, he fixed the tub and had to call a plumber for the ice machine. This was within 12 hours of us having to check out. We were not offered any money back or more than a sorry. The place was so dirty we all had black feet and black socks when we left. We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to parking for this particular room being right outside the condo is perfect. The garage is a little tight when lots of traffic but it isn’t terrible by no means. The only issue with the condo was security and some of the concierge were hateful. Loved that there was convenient parking and elevators close to the room. Ocean view was breath taking. Wonderful large deck. Pool area was amazing. There were a few small things wrong with the room that we decided to just let go cause we didn’t spend much time there. Bath tubs did not drain good. Coffee maker was broken. Ice maker didn’t work. Floors were not very clean. Pull out couch bed was about 2 inches thick and filthy. Only 100 pound limit on top bunk. So we had to take the bunk mattresses and put them on the floor. Owners could fix these small issues and I would give a 5 star review. ##### Makenzie L. We had a great experience with our rental and they were so easy to work with. Everything was nice, spacious, and overall a great trip for our family.
